See how Judge George Scully, Jr., underestimated the FBI's involvement in this matter by ignoring all facts put before him signed a court order giving Craig Fulton Order of Possession of a property, he does not owe but has Induced Reliance & falsified every document submitted to the Recorder of Deeds, Bank documents and has been very successful stealing from the Federal Government Section 8 program with "DIABOLICAL" Judicial support, City Hall connections and a plethora of Section 8 employees complicit in an "ORGANIZED HOUSING FRAUD SCAM" 

What Judge Scully was not aware of his signature on a court order against the Manifest Weight of the Evidence presented was needed to establish Corroboration of his alleged involvement in said Housing Scam, Corrupt Judges when fixing cases do not sign court orders, they allow their clerks to file stamp the orders,but many are unaware court orders without a Judges signature are not legal or valid, the Sheriff department is not aware of this aspect of the law----not all judges are aware of this law.  

Judge Scully has acted outside of his judicial immunity by taking part in the aforementioned criminal acts trying to protect master criminal Craig Fulton.

Not one Section 8 official have attempted to address removing defendant and family from said unlawful abandoned building and is now seeking a REMAND for Craig Fulton and all others Complicit and SANCTIONS of over $3 MILLION DOLLARS not including monetary damages for PAIN AND SUFFERING in this matter.

FOR THE RECORD:

1.)  When former Senator Barack Obama was Senator he reached out and tried to help Defendant had members of the prisoner review board to contact him and provide assistance, he thought Defendant was incarcerated;

2.)  When former CTA Chairman Valerie Jarrett was over CTA, she tried to have Defendant reinstated back to the CTA but was met with vicious opposition within the CTA, she and former senator now Commander & Chief President Obama have aspired to historical endeavors;

on the other hand:

3.)  When former Governor Rod Blagovich, Defendant reached out to him provided him the same information provided to the above parties, instead a collection agency connected to his administration manufactured child support numbers said agency became complicit in an "ORGANIZED CHILD SUPPORT EXTORTION OPERATION" Look at where he is now;

4.)  When former Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. Defendant reached out to him with several letters as well as his father (only because his late uncle was Jesse Jackson's bodyguard) neither one of them responded with a courtesy reply, Look at where he is now;

This Court has respectfully DISMISSED this matter without addressing the CRIMINAL ACTS perpetrated by Craig Fulton and members of the Section 8 Chicago Housing unit.

 

Craig Fulton, Candace Cheffin Assistant Deputy Director of Section 8, Christopher Lynch, City Official et al have never DENIED or OBJECTED to any of the FACTUAL ASSERTIONS properly plead  before this court in all AFFIDAVITS.  

 

 Respondent is the victim of an elaborate housing conspiracy where CHA officials have assisted Craig Fulton placing him in a condemned abandoned building and has obstructed him from moving by prohibiting him assistance or an available home as retaliation for “BLOWING THE WHISTLE” on all parties involved, the building is without lights or gas water pending disconnection (has never been paid for 4 years)  but remains on, they are using this court to have respondent unlawfully removed so that all can continue to DEFRAUD SECTION 8 FEDERAL GOVERNMENT by providing Craig Fulton another Section 8 tenant.

 

The United States Supreme Court has received Notice and Knowledge of the aforementioned, in a Corrected Petition for Re Hearing properly received Nov. 9, at 10:00am.

 

Special note:  Due to your Honor not receiving Courtesy copies in a timely manner upon early delivery said documents are being emailed in accordance to the directives given in court (September 24, 2012);
