DEMOCRATIC JUDGES & AN ASSORTMENT OF ASSISTANT STATES ATTORNEYS AND SO MANY OTHERS WANT YOU AND THE PUBLIC TO SEE JUST HOW THEY "FIX" CASES AND FRAME INNOCENT PEOPLE BASED UPON THEIR SKIN COLOR
I DON'T CONDONE THE MISTREATMENT OF ANYONE REGARDLESS TO THEIR ETHNICITY BY ICE OFFICIALS WHETHER LEGAL OR ILLEGAL STATUS IN CHICAGO COURTS TYRANNY, TERRORISM, RACISM KLANISM IS CONDONED BY THE DEMOCRATS.
JIM CROW LAWS, JUDICIAL LYNCHINGS ON COLORED PEOPLE IS ACCEPTED AND CONDONED BUT IF YOU PUNISH VIOLENT ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS OR TREAT THEM INDIFFERENTLY YOU WILL RECEIVE A LOT OF PUSH BACK FROM CITY OFFICIALS, BUT NOBODY SPEAKS UP FOR COLORED PEOPLE OR AFRICAN AMERICANS.
TAKE A LOOK AT SOME OF THE MOST ORGANIZED CORRUPT RACIST INDIVIDUALS PROFITED WITHIN THE CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE OF COOK COUNTY FIXED A PATERNITY CASE INVOLVING A POLICE OFFICER IMPREGNATING HIS DAUGHTERS, IN SPITE OF PATERNITY TESTS EXCLUDING ME AND CASE BEING DISMISSED.
THE CASE WAS BROUGHT BACK TO COURT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND WAS DEFAULTED MAY 18, 1988, NEVER ORDERING CHILD SUPPORT AND COURT ORDER NEVER VACATED.
THE RACISM AND HATE TOWARDS THE BLACK OR BROWN MAN IS RECOGNIZED AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY SO MANY OTHER ETHNIC GROUPS WHO VISIT CHICAGO AND COME FROM OTHER COUNTRIES, FOR EXAMPLE, I WAS AT MEDICAL FACILITY AND WAS DISCUSSING SOME ISSUES SURROUNDING THIS PATERNITY CASE AND THE COURTS, SHE WAS ASIAN AND SAID IT IS REAL BAD HERE FOR A BLACK MAN, YOU HAVE TO REALLY PRAY AND LET GOD HANDLE IT.
ALLEGEDLY, A NUMBER OF COUNTY OR STATE APPELLATE COURT JUDGES, STATE AGENCY EMPLOYEES ARE MEMBERS OF THE KLAN OR THEY HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS AND ARE USING THEIR UNLAWFUL POSITIONS TO INCITE RACIAL HATE ON ANY COLORED PERSON SEEKING JUSTICE IN ANY COURT OR THEIR VENUE.
JUDGE ROSA SILVA AS A HISPANIC IS ALLOWING JUDGE POWERS TO USE HER TO TRY AND OBSTRUCT MY PATH TO ANY JUSTICE BEFORE ANY JUDGE WHO IS NOT AFRAID OF HIM BY DENYING ANY AND ALL OF MY PROPERLY CERTIFIED MOTIONS BEFORE THE COURT BY USING HER SIGNATURE STAMP TO SIGN OFF ON ANY COURT ORDERS.
IT IS TOTAL MAYHEM AND CORRUPTION RUNNING THE COURTS NOBODY CAN SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THIS MATTER, THIS IS PROBABLY WHY THE DEMOCRATS FAVORED ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS OVER, QUALIFIED COLORED AMERICANS BECAUSE MANY OF THEM WOULD HAVE ALLOWED ANY RACIST PERSON TO USE THEM AGAINST ANY PERSON OF COLOR TO KEEP THEIR JOBS OR SEEKING ANY TYPE OF PROMOTIONS CONCEALING WHITE RACIAL SUPREMACY---JUDGE SILVA IS A HORRIBLE WOMAN AND PEOPLE NEED TO SEE JUST THE TYPE OF LOWS MANY ARE WILLING TO STOOP TOO, JUST TO ACCEPTED.

As per the Motion Call of Jan 14, 2026, heard at 10:06am Motion to Disqualify Judge Powers and Silva for Cause Instanter et AL, Motion for Entry of Default et al. Motion to Expedite Defendants Affected from Judicial Malfeasance et al. Re Notice Motion to Recuse the Entire Cook County Judiciary and Appoint a Special Prosecutor et al.
Judge Silva continued the matter without a court order to Jan 21, because the State was not present and due to the Motion to Disqualify her, she stated that it would have to be assigned to another judge so as to determine if the case should be reassigned or returned back to her.
The last time Judge Silva Ordered the Defendant to return to her court when the State was present was Oct. 15, 2025, at 9:00am, but Defendant accidentally appeared Oct 14 thinking it was the 15th, JUDGE PATRICK POWERS being the hateful racist judge he is has everyone fooled except a few, ENTERED an Order Oct. 14, 2025 using Judge Silvas signature stamp but left Calendar E on the Court Order and recorded Francoise as the Respondent.
Judge Powers thought judge Fallon and Shapiro were racist like him tried recruiting them but they both recused themselves and showed great respect and judicial decorum to the Respondent so he recruited and handpicked Silva who is unlawfully on the case because the Presiding Judge never assigned her to this matter so Judge Powers is using Judge Silva to continually to exacerbate his vicious racial hatred against the Respondent simply because of the Color of his skin.
So, they are looking for other Ku Klux Klan members judges as well as Assistant States Attorneys or those who hate the skin color of Black and Brown men or women willing to join this hatred campaign in upholding the protection of those fraternally involved by going along with all CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS against an INNOCENT MAN who is GUILTY only because of the Color of his skin.
THIS CASE WAS LEGALLY DISMISSED (NON-SUITED) WITH PATERNITY TESTS THAT EXCLUDED HIM SEPTEMBER 17, 1987, 85 D 068184 BEFORE JUDGE D ADOLPHUS RIVERS, when Richard J. Daley was the States Attorney.
That Good ol Boy and former Assistant States Attorney who represented the FOP reopened another case unbeknownst to the Respondent and it was DEFAULTED MAY 18, 1988, BY THE SAME D ADOLPHUS RIVERS WHO NEVER ORDERED HIM TO PAY ANY CHILD SUPPORT AND THE COURT ORDER WAS NEVER VACATED.
Judge Silva learned of these facts in Respondents testimony before the courts closed her ears to egregious racial Civil Rights Acts perpetrated at the innocent Respondent, thought by going along with the HATE AND RACISM they were going to accept her in the Good ol Boy Club, she doesn't realize as a Mexican or any type of Hispanic or Latina, she will never be accepted by them, she was only recruited to be used against Brown or Black People and never against Anglo-Saxons.
Respondent have diligently sought Civil Rights Representation, but nobody responded yet, probably once this case is reassigned to Rolling Meadows outside of Klan Cook County, many of the lawyers have to live here and is aware of the racism and corruption but nobody wants to speak on it.
