Recently Chicago top Democrat Edward Burke tried to extort business for his Law Firm and donations for Toni Preckwinkle's mayoral election from Burger King owner Shoukat Dhanani. Authorities said Burke threatened to "play hardball" initially when they declined his demands.
In 2017 Ed Burke organized a campaign fundraiser for mayoral candidate Toni Preckwinkle where Shoukat Dhanani donated $10,000.00. Preckwinkle said she declined this contribution and the fundraiser was solely Ed Burke's initiative (and we all believe it).
In the meanwhile, Ed Burke's wife, Illinois Supreme Court Justice Anne Burke, was quietly sworn in to a second 10-year term on Nov. 29, the same day her husband’s City Hall and 14th Ward offices were raided. (Speaking about integrity)
One of Justice Anne Burke's judicial election donors was Magistrate Judge Sheila M. Finnegan, a Federal Judge who will handle Ed Burke's criminal complaint.
Sheila Finnegan was a former top partner of Mayer Brown, LLP, one of the most generous donors to judicial and political campaigns, who donated thousands of dollars to Justice Anne Burke (no surprise that Mayer Brown usually get favorable decisions on all levels of IL Courts, unless they run against equally funded judicial donors).
Of course Ed Burke is absolutely confident that his wife's beneficial connections and her position as a distributor of judicial jobs will help him to walk away from all charges.
I am wondering if FBI Agent Edward McNamara is aware about Ed Burke's connections in Federal Court, particularly with the Judge who will handle this case.

Spratt paid over $25,000.00 to Anita Rivkin Carothers' nephew, convicted in bribes Isaak Carothers who operates an unregistered in Illinois "consulting" company Senior WiZdom Consulting, for her corrupt assignment - but it seems to be perfectly fine with FBI.
