If this woman had locked up a Caucasian of any ethnicity she would have been TERMINATED AND DISBARRED but males like Forti get off on criminalizing or trying to DEMASCULATE THE BLACK OR BROWN MAN and keep inferior females like Yolanda to do their heinous biddings and because the database had no evidence of Judge Forti having a Hearing on the Dec. 13th, 2024 11:00 am call, I had to do a Motion in order to legally have the evidence recorded in the aforementioned PDF placed on the database legally.
One could easily glean from the absence of Forti and Yolanda not mentioning the fact, I was in court on this day was hoping that, I would be stupid enough to come to court Jan 3, at noon, but they were unaware that Sheriff Police stayed in contact with me for me to apprise them of any court dates or judges communications, so if they had ill intentions trying to finagle me in the courts and have me locked up the way Ronald Bartkowicz, Timothy Murphy and David Haracz did illegally was in for a Rude Awakening.
As you can see, Honorable Pritzker here in this very case how Judge Forti as a Homosexual is showing everyone, he can do whatever he wants to whomever and is deemed untouchable allegedly due to his fraternal connections, but he never took the time to read anything, that was properly presented to him via Courtesy Copies ignored what was properly asserted.
Every judge who has illegally presided over this case is unaware that they are "Private Citizens" and not judges of any Judicial Oath and every court order is deemed VOID/ A NULLITY.
