HOW A POLICE OFFICER ALLEGEDLY PRETENDED TO BE A DOMESTIC ABUSED WOMAN MANAGED TO INDUCE THE STATES ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT HER ILLEGALLY IN A CHILD SUPPORT SCAM WHERE HER ADULT DAUGHTERS AGE WAS PUSHED BACK MAKING HER A MINOR.

TO AUTHENTICATE THE VERACITY OF HER PRETENDING TO BE AN ABUSED WOMAN JUDGE RONALD BARTKOWICZ ISSUED A BOGUS WARRANT FOR AN ORDER OF PROTECTION WHERE IT NOTED SCARS ON THE WARRANT SO AS TO JUSTIFY HAVING ME REMANDED INTO CUSTODY OCT 1994, JUDGES WANTED TO DESTROY THE WARRANT, BUT THE COOK COUNTY SHERIFF'S MADE IT CLEAR, THEY WERE GOING MAKE SURE IT MADE IT TO ALL OF THEIR MAIN FRAMES SO PEOPLE CAN SEE WHAT THE JUDGE DID.

IT HAS BEEN ALLEGED THE POLICE OFFICER WAS DATING A CAUCASIAN JUDGE NOT VERY TALL IN THE DOMESTIC RELATIONS DIVISION AT THE TIME ALL OF THE UNLAWFUL COURT ORDERS WERE CREATED WHEN HER DAUGHTER WAS AN ADULT.

AS THE POLICE OFFICER PRETENDED TO BE DOMESTICALLY ABUSED ALLOWED HER TO REMAIN IN THE DATABASE ANONYMOUSLY AS CORRUPT ASSISTANT STATES ATTORNEYS MOONLIGHTED ILLEGALLY AS PRIVATE ATTORNEYS HELPING HER COMMIT VICIOUS CIVIL RIGHTS CRIMES

MOSTLY EVERY JUDGE IN COOK COUNTY AND APPELLATE COURT IS AWARE OF THIS FACT BUT BECAUSE THE STATE CHILD SUPPORT SYSTEM IS AN ALLEGED SOPHISTICATED EXTORTION OPERATION CERTAIN JUDGES ARE ALLEGEDLY INVOLVED TRYING TO KEEP THE CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE FROM BEING DISCOVERED BY THE MEDIA OR THE FBI.   

JUDGE FORTI AND JUDGE ROMANEK ARE AWARE THAT THE STATES ATTORNEYS ARE REPRESENTING THE POLICEWOMAN ILLEGALLY, THAT IS WHY THEY TRIED TO MAKE AN ASS OUT OF ME AND OTHER COMPETENT PERSONS WHO LOOKED INTO THE MATTER, BY TELLING THEM SHE WAS REPRESENTING HERSELF OR IN JUDGE ROMANEKS CASE, SHE SAID IT IS A MISTAKE OF FACT TO SAY THAT THE STATES ATTORNEYS WERE REPRESENTING THE POLICE OFFICER.

ANY JUDGE THAT ATTEMPTS TO PROTECT A POLICE OFFICER OR ANY PERSON KNOWING THEY ARE GUILTY OF DIABOLICAL CRIMES SUCH AS IN THIS CASE BEGS THE QUESTION WHAT HAVE THESE JUDGES DID SO BAD, THEY NEED TO PROTECT A CORRUPT DIRTY COP??

MAY 18, 1988, IS WHEN A DEFAULT ORDER WAS ENTERED NEVER ORDERING ANY CHILD SUPPORT PAYMENTS----POLITICALLY CONNECTED JUDGES IGNORED THAT COURT ORDER AND CREATED A PLETHORA OF UNLAWFUL ORDERS REMANDING HIM INTO CUSTODY 5 TIMES FOR ALLEGEDLY OWING CHILD SUPPORT.

  As a Caucasian woman maybe, you can dispatch this information to the right person, I attempted to Re Notice two Motions and was met with opposition which was kinda anticipated because it's apparent not everyone receiving said emails are on board with the terrorists' acts levied at me unlawfully.

  
  

  The Manager Connie informed me that she was going to charge me $75.00 again for Re Noticing a Motion having Maritza Martinez to Vacate her Court Order, that has never been addressed, I have complained about this Clerk in prior emails but never knew her name.

  
  

  As, I digress, she asked me where was my court order waiving my fees?

  
  

  It was explained that it was entered in 1991 September, her reply was that she only sees my Petition to Proceed informa pauperis but no COURT ORDER, and turned the screen around to show me that there was no court order and informed me that, they needed a updated court order and directed me to go the Clerk in the Lobby to retrieve the form.

  
  

  My documents were returned and is awaiting a judge's signature to approve my application, hereto attached, (June 28, 2019) Notice of Motion filed in the Appellate Court Case 19-0845, Div 4 where now States Attorney Eileen O'Neil Burke was the judge, Par 5 of the Affidavit states, "APPELLANT HAS BEEN ON WELFARE SINCE 1991 WHILE A CTA EMPLOYEE"

  
  

  I have been on Welfare now 34 Years it appears that the Ku Klux Klan members and their colleagues are trying to cover-up how long judges have forced me off my employment with the CTA and received full Public Aid benefits with then a wife and five children.

  
  

  Francoise as a Police Officer had Public Aid representing her in the matter of 1991 D 064862, States Atty Child Support v Donald Washington at least 6 judges or more presided on that matter.

  
  

  So Public Aid was suing Public Aid, I remember Brian Volkman (Deceased ASA) in Judge David Haracz's court telling me to bring in proof, I was on Public Aid, they thought, I was crazy because they directed me to have a drug test and see a psychiatrist because, I was not in their database owing child support.

  
  

  Judge Haracz was the same Supervising Attorney of Legal Aid or CARPLS who turned me down for legal assistance because he via Bob O'Connor put in writing that there were too many judges involved on that paternity case, that letter was filed in the record as well, I bet it is deleted as well.

  For the Record, two Stellar Assistant States Attorneys a cute Black woman told me she worked too hard to get her law degree and in no way going to get caught up in this shit, said I believe you and know this is not your child going to my sister and raise hell getting me off this case, the other gentleman Caucasian asked me not to come after him he has a mortgage and family, he knows, I am not the father and advised me to stay on Public Aid because the judges are coming after you because of how, you are fighting back.
