Please find a Complaint filed against the CHILD SUPPORT DIVISION sent to Gov Pritzker June 26, 2020.2.) Please find a Response from the OEIG Re: OEIG Complaint #20-01834, Nov 6, 2020, referring this matter to be addressed by the Child Support Division to this date nobody has ever complied with said DIRECTIVE and has left me languishing within the system as if, I was an immigrant or a non-existent person.3.) Please find a letter due-diligently sent to Grace B. Hou, Illinois Secretary, April 19, 2021, she never replied, hereto attached.4.) Please find a Fax Communication sent to Grace B. Hou, Illinois Secretary, April 19, 2021, hereto attached, detailing the necessary FACTS, PROVING THIS WAS NEVER MY CHILD, she never responded.5.) Please find a Fax Communication sent to Thomas Harlson April 19, 2021, hereto attached, the same Fax sent to Grace, he never responded.6.) Prior, I sent Theresa Eagleson the same Fax sent to the above Feb. 22, 2022, hereto attached, she never responded, but I had attached a Notice of Appeal sent to her. 5-12-2021.7.) Here is all of the evidence that demonstrates how FRANCOISE LOUISE BARBARA HIGHTOWER-BELMER who is under investigation by INTERNAL AFFAIRS because she used her POLICE POWERS to get so many STATE EMPLOYEES to go along with her in this DIABOLICAL EXTORTION SCHEME disguised as CHILD SUPPORT.Most Important, this case was DISMISSED SEPTEMBER 17, 1987, 85 D 068184 and is the only time Paternity Tests were had which EXCLUDED me from PATERNITY, in spite of someone coercing the lab officials to falsify the results because they left the true results intact.In closing this case is worse than a PPP Loan scam or Covid Virus, the OEIG is allegedly investigating so many players or has allegedly directed other independent agencies to investigate, it is impossible to keep up with these criminals, but one thing is a FACT.Many are recorded in these documents, and I don't care who they are but EXONERATE MY NAME FROM THIS SHIT, and if upon receipt you might want additional documents just let me know, I just might be in possession or can direct you to the source.Respectfully submitted,Joe Louis Lawrence
How do we define JUSTICE?
Depending on you sleep with or how you sell your soul determines the fate of your future in the DEMOCRATIC PARTY
A lot of Blacks are elevated within the DEMOCRATIC PARTY on how they are able to go along and pretend that the rights of Blacks or Brown People have been investigated and resolved by a majority determining that their Civil Rights were not VIOLATED. when in fact they were certain Blacks are needed to sell out the Black ethnic groups in order to promote the original agenda of the hateful Democratic Party.
In this case the Democratic Party only promote the worse and Inferior Blacks they could find that could banner and represent the doctrines of what the Party represents.
In order that a Black, African American or Negro be appointed or lead the Democratic Party, they must first pass this initiation.
1.) Blacks, Negros, African must show their loyalty by selling out their ethnic groups by any means necessary by keeping their mouths shut at any INJUSTICES lodged at their ETHNIC GROUPS.
2.) Blacks, Negros, African Americans in order to promoted or appointed they must at ALL TIMES KEEP THEIR MOUTHS SHUT AT ANY INJUSTICES DEEMED AT THEIR RACE AND ONLY SPEAK WHEN DIRECTED TOO.
3.) Blacks, Negros, African Americans will be appointed or sponsored based upon their OBEDIENCE and LOYALTY within the DEMOCRATIC PARTY.
4.) The Political Democratic Machine do not want an OUTSPOKEN BLACK, NEGRO OR AFRICAN AMERICAN to CRITICIZE THE injustices or corruption perpetrated on Black or Brown people ever to be discussed in any manner.
5.) That Blacks, NEGROS, AFRICAN AMERICANS are to remain in their place and keep quiet at all times and follow any and all instructions of whatever a DEMOCRAT TELL THEM TO DO., THEY ARE NEVER TO QUESTION OR DISOBEY THEIR MASTERS WITHIN THE PARTY.
6.) Any Negro, African American or whatever they might call themselves who attempts to violate any of these noted instructions will no longer be allowed to represent the interests of the Democratic Political Machine and will be BLACK BALLED and be OSTRACIZED ask Lori Lightfoot, she is no longer Mayor. Black Democrats who have been allowed to be advanced are supposed to keep their mouths shut and pretend that the interests of the Negros are being met even if they are not, but the chosen NEGRO selected is to keep his opinions or ideas to himself and do what he is told at all times.
7.) That Blacks, Negros, African Americans are only PROMOTED within the Party because of their INFERIOR, OBEDIENT DISPOSITION doing what they are told and not for any other reasons.
