THIS MEANT THAT THE MAY 18, 1988, COURT ORDER, THAT JUDGE D. ADOLPHUS RIVERS SIGNED BECAME A BINDING COURT ORDER, HE NEVER ORDERED ME TO PAY ANY CHILD SUPPORT, WE NEVER HAD ANY PATERNITY TESTS UNDER THE 1988 COURT CASE EVEN THOUGH THE COURT ORDER SAYS THIS.
FRANCOISE ADMITTED HAVING SEX WITH HER FATHER WILLIAM JENKINS HIGHTOWER TO JUDGE D. ADOLPHUS RIVERS HE WAS THE PERSON INTERROGATING HER AND THIS SAME JUDGE INFORMED JOSEPH P. RODDY THERE ARE NO PATERNITY TESTS HAD WITH THIS 1988 CASE.
BECAUSE HER ATTORNEY WAS IRISH AND WAS CONNECTED TO ALL OF THE OTHER CITY HALL IRISH MEN INCLUDING JOHN BURGE, HE WAS THE TYPE OF ATTORNEY WHO COULD HAVE ANY POLICE OFFICER REINSTATED BACK TO THEIR POSITIONS REGARDLESS TO WHATEVER THEY DID.
JUDGE D. ADOLPHUS RIVERS WAS APPOINTED TO THE POSITION AS SUPERVISING JUDGE FOR BEING A GOOD NEGRO DOING WHAT HE WAS TOLD BY FINDING ME IN DEFAULT, I CAN REMEMBER A MEAN ASS BLACK FEMALE CLERK GOT MAD AT ME WHEN, I TOLD HER BACK THEN THAT RIVERS MADE A MISTAKE WHEN HE FOUND ME IN DEFAULT, HER REPLY WAS DID HE ORDER YOU TO PAY HER ANY MONEY? I SAID NO HER REPLY WAS WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE? OH, SHE WAS PISSED.
I GOT THE FUCK OUT OF THAT COURT ROOM, IT SEEMS LIKE THE SILENT AGREEMENT WAS THAT RIVERS WAS TO FIND ME IN DEFAULT, BUT HE WAS NOT ORDERING ME TO ANY CHILD SUPPORT--FRANCOISE ON THE OTHER HAND TO FATAL ATTRACTION TO A WHOLE NEW LEVEL, SHE SOMEHOW USED HER NEWFOUND POLICE AUTHORITY HAD ALIGHNED HERSELF WITH SOME OF THE MOST RACIST WHITE MEN SHE COULD FIND BY USING HER WHITE MOTHER LYDIA AS THE VEHICLE PROMOTING RACIAL HATRED.
NO JUDGE IN CROOK COUNTY OR THE STATE OF ILLINOIS EVER HAD ANY JURISDICTION ON ME AS LONG AS THE MAY 18, 1988, COURT ORDER WAS NEVER VACATED, SO THE FEMALE BLACK CLERKS STARTED DELETING DOCUMENTS FROM THE DATABASE IN AN ATTEMPT TO HELP THE IRISH AND OTHER CORRUPT PERSONS FIX AND TRY TO ILLEGALLY EXTORT MONEY FROM ANY WAGES, I MAY COME IN TO, JUDGE JAMES MEEHAN AN IRISH DRUNK SIGNED ALL TYPES OF COURT ORDERS FOR JOSEPH V. RODDY, THEY EVEN USED A SUBPOENA AND WENT INTO MY GRANDMOTHERS ACCOUNT SAYING THAT FRANCOISE AND I WAS IN A DIVORCE LOOKING FOR MONEY WITH MY NAME ATTACHED TO MY GRANDMOTHER.
