ARE BLACK DEMOCRATS THE REASON FOR CHICAGO'S FAILURE AND VIOLENT BLOOD BATHS?
The disrespect for Negro, African American, or Black Leadership in any positions seems as if certain Blacks go out of their way to DESTROY their own ETHNIC GROUPS, so as to be accepted by a race of individuals trying to DESTROY their own race in racist episodes as demonstrated in this very case.
This is why so many other ETHNIC GROUPS, that migrates to this CITY look down on the Black and Brown ethnic groups because many assume everyone is the same.
Here is a perfect example, take a gander at this example, this judge never been in a CIRCUIT COURT, but was ELECTED to the APPELLATE COURT with no knowledge of Illinois Rules of Civil Procedures many non-Black individuals are questioning why THE CHIEF JUDGE TIMOTHY EVANS, STATES ATTORNEY KIM FOXX, AND ATTORNEY GENERAL KWAME RAOUL are not saying or doing anything?
Now when a white person sees RACISM and calls it out and Blacks in authority keep their mouths SHUT, we have a HUGE PROBLEM!
EVERY RACIST STATE EMPLOYEE DO A BETTER JOB STICKING TOGETHER PROTECTING THAN ANY ONE BLACK DEMOCRAT EVER WILL DO IN THE POLITICAL MACHINE, many of these NEGROS are PUPPETS, FIGUREHEADS, SELLOUTS NOBODY RESPECTS, THIS IS WHY Judge Terrance Lavine is PUNKING ALL OF THEM BY DESECRATING EVERY LAW IN THE BOOKS BECAUSE HE KNOWS, THAT BLACK DEMOCRATS are only FIGURE HEADS in the POLITICAL MACHINE.
DR MARTIN LUTHER KING is probably TURNING OVER IN HIS GRAVE ALONG WITH OTHER FREEDOM FIGHTERS, who have lost and SACRIFICED THEIR LIVES, so that we all can have an EQUAL RIGHT to the LAWS and EQUAL PROTECTION as CITIZENS of the UNITED STATES only to be SOLD OUT BY the very PEOPLE WHO LOOK LIKE US in ORDER that they be accepted by the very PEOPLE in the POLITICAL MACHINE who HATE US because of the COLOR of our SKIN.
THE MOVIE DJANGO FEATURING JAMIE FOXX AND SAMUEL L. JACKSON AS STEPHEN is a noted REALITY in this CITY, a BLACK DEMOCRAT in the POLITICAL MACHINE WON'T SAY SHIT or do anything to HELP ANOTHER BLACK PERSON unless a WHITE PERSON says something, or LATINOS START SPEAKING UP?

Many are finally realizing the unnecessary shit and RACISM, I AM having to endure just to get to this point, I have been submitting records on Appeal for more than 30 years in every Circuit in this State and never experienced this mess before.
The same Exhibits on the Motion to Supplement are the same for this Motion, so their was no need to resend what, you already have; besides, none of you are going to read anything because this is a Terrance Lavine vs Joe Louis battle.
Many of you need Terrance Lavine to act as a "PRIVATE CITIZEN" in denying my valid claims put before the courts because the evidence is unimpeachable, I have met my burden within the PREPONDERANCE OF THE LAWS:
1.) I am a CTA Employee
2.) A Cook County Judge Ronald Bartkowicz ADMITTED unlawfully REMANDING ME INTO CUSTODY on a WARRANT he HELPED MANUFACTURE.
3.) State Employees are still ENFORCING JIM CROW LAWS WHICH ARE OUTLAWED by the UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT.
4.) Most importantly, when attorneys are not able to litigiously defeat a Black or Brown Litigant be them being Pro se or Licensed, the corrupt methodologies exhausted in an attempt to wear down the Litigant.
That said judge never presided over any cases in any courts as a Judge, his specific area of understanding is WRONGFUL DEATH, MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE AND PERSONAL INJURY CASES.
He was elected to the Appellate Court in 2012, but more importantly he has a Journalism degree but has closed his eyes to every egregious criminal acts to ever be recorded in an active manner.
Lavine is making this very clear to everyone reading this that he can do whatever he wants under the false authority of BLACK NEGRO DEMOCRATS because as a RACIST ANGLO-SAXON, HE CAN DO WHATEVER he wants, due to his POLITICAL AFFILIATIONS.
That every RACIST CAUCASIAN & ASIAN PERSON involved in these EGREGIOUS CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS want every Black or Brown person to see and know just how they really feel about people of COLOR,
THEY DON'T RESPECT NEGROS IN AUTHORITY and the necessary acts, they are willing to do to UNDERMINE any person of COLOR LIKE THE PLAINTIFF.
