Now
comes Joe Louis Lawrence, Attorney Pro Se Appellant in this cause files
herewith his affidavit as required by Title 28, attesting the veracity and
accuracy of all statements recorded within.
Based thereon, plaintiff-appellant respectfully moves this Honorable
Court who is not Bias and understands how to enforce the laws in accordance to
the United States Constitution and according to Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure to Remand the aforementioned Judges into custody instanter, due to
the unlawful injustices and criminal terrorists acts recorded in said Affidavit
compelling this court to act in accordance to the Laws of the United States

CONTEMPT OF COURT CONTEMPT OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
I Joe Louis Lawrence, being duly sworn on
oath states:
1.) Appellant filed an unchallenged Motion Vacating Dismissal
for Want of Prosecution (March 12, 2012) before 1st District
Illinois Appellate Court, hereto attached, Group
Ex A.
2.) The
purpose of a Motion to Vacate is to alert the trial court to errors it has made
and to afford an opportunity for their correction. In re Marriage of King, App. 1 Dist. 2002, 270 Ill. Dec. 540, 336 Ill.
App. 3d 83, 783 N.E. 2d 115, rehearing denied pending appeal; et al.
3.)
Properly
alleged facts within an affidavit that are not contradicted by counter
affidavit are taken as true, despite the existence of contrary averments in the adverse party’s pleadings. Professional Group Travel,
Ltd. v. Professional Seminar Consultants Inc., 136 ILL App 3d 1084, 483 N.E. 2d
1291; Buzzard v. Bolger, 117 ILL App 3d 887, 453 N.E. 2d 1129 et al.
4.) The above is Basic State Law-- no Judge in
the State Circuit seems to have a
comprehensible understanding of legal procedures in a simple manner; thereby,
engaging in a plethora of corrupt legal practices so as to compensate and
cover-up where they are intellectually challenged in the law!
5.) That said judges have demonstrated NO
RESPECT for the LAW, NO RESPECT for any FEDERAL JUDGE namely Judge William J.
Bauer or any RESPECT for the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION;
6.) Judges Thomas E. Hoffman, Mary K. Rochford
and Themeis N. Karnezis have taken a DEFIANT RACIST DISPOSITION in that
A- “demonstrating to the Federal Authorities like their
colleagues they are the LAW in that the United States Constitution are not the
laws that which they abide by:” hereto attached Ex B, March 22, 2012 Court Order with their signatures.
B- #7 “said judges
by DENYING this Motion is Challenging the Federal Officials to come and remove
them”
7.) That said judges have admitted and corroborated their
roles as Racist Terrorists and have made it clear from the aforementioned
affidavit they are the law;
Pursuant to Section 4 of the Ku
Klux Klan Act of 1871: the law is clear, “Whenever in any State or part of a
State………unlawful combinations…….shall be organized and armed, and so numerous
and powerful et al…………and whenever, by reason of either or all of the causes
aforesaid, the conviction of such offenders and the preservation of the public
safety shall become…..Impracticable, in every such case such combinations shall
be deemed a rebellion against the Government of the United States…..”
1) That because said judges have “DECLARED WAR” and committed “TREASON LIKE OFFENSES” against the government, and
Appellant REMANDING said Judges into
CUSTODY will be the first order of business;
2)
That a Directive
Ordering the Grand Jury to investigate all cases involving African, Hispanic
Americans under said Judges to ascertain the number of them disenfranchised by
their rulings as judges on the bench;
3)
Issue a RULE TO SHOW CAUSE on every judge
Public Official, State, City Attorneys, CTA Attorneys complicit in an Organized
Conspiracy Culpable in all related acts under case# 88 D 079012 BOGUS PATERNITY
CASE where Appellant never was served via personally or by publication to
appear in any court, never any DNA Tests to establish Paternity;
4)
Invoke any and
all remedies necessary for the enforcement of this matter;
Wherefore the
aforementioned reasons recorded above appellant moves this Honorable court to
grant the motion in its entirety.
