NOTICE OF REMOVAL FROM STATE COURT TO FEDERAL COURT WAS FILED NOV 26, 2024, FOR THE ILLEGAL EVICTION FROM THEIR HOME OF OVER 61 YEARS.
JUDGE DERICO RECEIVED EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS FROM A LAW FIRM WHO NEVER FILED AN APPEARANCE IN ANY COURT DIRECTING HIM ON WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO AND A SUPERINTENDENT OF THE COOK COUNTY SHERIFFS NEEDED HIM TO STOP THESE SENIOR CITIZENS FROM FILING ANY DOCUMENTS SO THAT THEY CAN GO IN AND ILLEGALLY LOCK OUT THESE WOMEN AND BOARD UP THEIR PROPERTY MAKING THEM HOMELESS.
THIS CASE WAS ORIGINALLY ASSIGNED TO HON ELAINE BUCKLO WHO HAD THE CASE REASSIGNED TO HON ROBERT W. GETTLEMAN
THE FBI HAD ALDERMAN SOLIS WIRED AS THE TAPES ARE BEING PLAYED IN THE CORRUPTION TRIAL OF MADIGAN AS THE JURY IS LISTENING TO HOW CORRUPTION IS PLAYED OUT.
JUDGE DERICO AND CERTAIN COOK COUNTY SHERIFFS ARE EMAILING EACH OTHER CORROBORATING HOW US BANK HAS ALLEGEDLY PAID OFF A NUMBER OF PLAYERS TO STEAL THE HOME OF FIRST RESPONDERS ILLEGALLY.
WHEN YOU FINISH READING THESE PAGES IT WOULD PROBABLY BE A COLD DAY IN HELL PEOPLE WILL VOTE FOR ANYMORE BLACKS IN POSITIONS OF AUTHORITY BECAUSE MANY OF THEM ARE VERY GRAFTY AND EASILY BOUGHT AND HAVE NO INTEGRITY WHEN IT COMES TO STANDING UP FOR THEIR OWN ETHNIC GROUPS.
NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE THE SAME AND LOVE THEMSELVES, BUT THE GOOD BLACK AND COLORED PEOPLE WILL SUFFER TREMENDOUSLY BEHIND THE PRESENT ONES IN AUTHORITY.
WHATS SO FUCKED UP AND HAD ME A LITTLE DISMAYED IS THAT DERICO WITH HIS DEMONIC HATE FOR SENIOR CITIZEN WOMEN LITERALLY WORKED WITH A CORRUPT LAW FIRM AND CERTAIN SHERIFFS (US BANK MUST HAVE PAID HIM VERY WELL ALLEGEDLY) EVICTED THE WOMEN FROM THEIR HOME ON NOV 25, 2024, BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND THE RETIRED POLICE OFFICER ASTHMA MEDICINE WAS LEFT IN THE HOME.
LITIGIOUS EXPERTISE WAS USED MAKING SURE THE JOHNSON SISTERS WERE NEVER EVICTED BUT THE COOK COUNTY CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE IS FILLED WITH DOMESTIC TERRORISTS OF ALL SEXES AND RACES IS CHALLENGING THE FBI TO COME AND TRY AND GET THEM.
WHAT IS SO EGREGIOUS IS THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE BUSY TRYING TO BE WHAT THEY ARE NOT, YET SO MANY ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO BE IN THE VERY POSITIONS MANY OF THEM ARE IN.
THIS IS ONLY 3 PAGES FROM 41 OF THIS NOTICE OF REMOVAL.
