  Here is a judge who is a typical racist and make mistake no Caucasian Male especially apologizes for their hateful disposition, for Example, I appeared before William O'Maki and a female Asst Atty Gen (Danielle Steimel) was on the case, I will never forget this woman and she told a Bold Face Lie in the court, that she mailed to me parcels to my address, I objected and told the judge she was lying to him she never mailed me anything ask her to provide proof, he looked at me and she was stunned, and I told the judge as a white man he was not going to take the word of my truth because he was a racist and was going to go along with whatever she says.

  
  

  I had a Motion to Disqualify in front of him, he politely said in a full court room pick up my Motion and save it for the next judge.

  I have hand delivered Courtesy Copies of everything filed or mailed to so many judges, their Clerks know me but when Judge Forti receives an email from me he speaks with some type of fork tongue and says it doesn't matter, that providing him Proof of service properly filed demonstrating compliance to his court directive, he is the type of individual that will never respect or acknowledge an intelligent Man of Color with or without a law license understanding the laws better than his expectation no matter what this is why everyone has been emailed within the judiciary so that people can see wearing a judges robe does not mean that you are better or more intelligent than anyone else.

Respondent: Biased disposition I got an affidavit attached. Motion to disqualify Judge Michael A. Forti Instanter for Cause Vacate the September 19, 2024 court order due to hate bias prejudice pursuant to S. H. A. 735 ILCS 5 dash 2 dash 1001 the state’s attorney has been representing Francois Hightower since the inception of this case. But you said she was being self-represented and I don’t feel that I would get a fair hearing from any judge in Cook County. So I already have a motion to recuse the Cook County Judiciary to go somewhere else.

Judge Forti:  And the same question I asked you what the first time you appeared in front of me Mr Lawrence is what noticed did you give to anyone else?

Respondent:  I sent an I sent the email to the other parties and I sent certified priority mail to Francois and I sent you the email of everything that was done.

Judge Forti: Sending me the email doesn’t matter what it matters is noticed to the other side. I’m going to treat your motion to disqualify. As an S. O. J. For cause And because it’s a It’s an SOJ for cause. I have to send this out to another judge within the division to make a determination. So Michael, we’re going to send this case to another judge and we’re treating this as an SOJ for cause. And I think you have Mr. Lawrence’s email, but make sure you do and then. We’ll fill out the appropriate order which you’ve got copies of.

Court Coordinator Michael: Give me your email, Sir. So I make sure I have it. JOELOUIS565@YAHOO.COM. So this will be assigned. It’s going back to calendar one to get a new. To get a judge who will consider your motion for cause.

Respondent: But I've asked also your honor, I filed the motion to recuse the Cook County Judiciary. So why would I stay in Cook County if I filed a motion to recuse the judiciary

Judge Forti: That, that is that is a motion that if I were to address it, I would deny it.

Respondent:  I am sure.

Judge Forti: But but that’s not the way we’re going to proceed. We’re going to the first thing that’s going to be addressed is your SOJ for cause against me. So you’ll get you’ll get notice from calendar one as to what judge is going to hear this Thank you sir. All right. Michael, would you fill out the top part of the SOJ for cause?

Judge Forti: And then if these folks are here for prove ups, put them in the various rooms. Thank you, Mr. Lawrence.

 

The aforementioned communication is a prima facie depiction of Judge Michael A. Forti as an unadulterated racist Bias and is filled with RACIAL HATE trying to use his unlawful judicial authority in an attempt to cover-up the crimes that has already been admitted to by the States Attorney, Judge Maritza Martinez, and Iris Y. Chivira via Summary Judgment.

Judge Forti as a Caucasian Gay Racist individual seems to think that because no other person in the Democratic Party has the courage to stand up to him and admonish him due to their inferior dispositions he can treat a man of Color any type of way and get away with his crimes.

What the judges fail to realize is that so many of the Democrats in the Cook County Judiciary are acting a “Private Citizens”

 

Seventh Circuit Overturns $44.7 Million Jury Verdict Against City in Shooting Incident

The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals recently overturned a jury verdict against the City of Chicago awarding $44.7 million in damages relating to a shooting involving an off-duty police officer. First Midwest Bank as Guardian v. City of Chicago.

According to the court opinion, the plaintiff claimed that a Chicago police officer shot his friend during an argument when the two had been drinking. The friend suffered traumatic brain and other injuries. The friend sued the City of Chicago seeking damages for the shooting, arguing that the City was responsible for the officer's conduct. Specifically, the plaintiff claimed that the City's failure to have an "early warning system" to identify officers who might engage in misconduct, failure to adequately investigate and discipline officers who engage in misconduct, and the "code of silence" among police officers contributed to the shooting incident. The City argued that the officer was off duty and not acting under "color of state law" at the time of the shooting, so the City was not liable under Section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act. The case made its way to a jury which found the City of Chicago liable and awarded $44.7 million in damages to the plaintiff. The jury found that two of the City's policies - its failure to maintain an adequate early warning system and failure to adequately investigate and discipline officers - caused the officer to shoot his friend. 

The City appealed to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, which reversed the jury verdict and award. The appeals court found that although the injuries suffered by plaintiff from the shooting incident were grievous, the City was not responsible for the officer's actions, where the officer was acting as a private citizen and not as a City police officer. The Seventh Circuit noted that Section 1983 imposes liability only when a municipality has violated a federal right. Since none of the plaintiff's federal rights were violated, the court of appeals overturned the jury verdict against the City of Chicago.    

Every Cook County Democratic Judge ignored my pleadings closed their eyes at the Racial Hate and Corruption levied at me because of my skin color and Heterosexual Masculine disposition, in that Forti had a personal agenda trying to use me in my opinion to save alleged Homosexual/Bisexual Kent Stephen Ray who is the author of this messy shit!

Every Democrat intertwined in this mess used each other, lied allegedly provided all types of sexual favors and received kickbacks, but what nobody realized with all of their law degrees and judicial robes not one person had the intellect or any type of legal aptitude to realize none of you ever had jurisdiction on me.

I have never been served on this case and the fact Sept 19, 2024 is the first time, I was required to file an Appearance just in case no judge understands this it means, I have never been under the jurisdiction of any Cook County judge, Appellate or Supreme Court judge so because the FBI will not invoke jurisdiction until, I am completely out of this mess, watch how easily it is for a “Private Citizen” to trap themselves.

Judge Forti should not be in a wearing a robe no more than Chivira when you read how she finagled herself into the position Inducing Reliance on the Supreme Justices, let’s not forget Martinez who took on the role and authority of the Presiding Judge and tried to save her colleague Chivira by denying my Motion to Disqualify her.

Judge Forti never denied or objected to his role in any of the pleadings but made it clear if he had my Motion to Recuse the Cook County Judiciary, he would DENY it proving and corroborating his role in this Terrorist Criminal Enterprise.

Allegedly somebody is bullying or threatening the Presiding Judge or any judge and is handpicking certain judges to try and frivolously prolong this litigation.

Now Presiding Judge Regina Scanniccichio explain How can an Innocent Heterosexual Freeman of Color receive Justice in a judiciary that Hates Colored or Black men or women and only seems to favor those who are racist or inferior in nature and of the alleged closet, or Homosexual, Lesbian sexual fraternity ?
