I previously reported misconduct committed by Judge Patricia Spratt's (former secretary now wife to Judge William J. Bauer Senior Judge to US Court of Appeals, Northern District)

I also pointed  out her very questionable use of election funds where Spratt spent over $100,000 on various  promotions while she even did not had a campaign website available for the public .

One of Patricia Spratt's helpers who received  $32,900.00 was Senior Wizdom Consulting, a company which does not have registration in the State of Illinois. 

The address for  Senior Wizdom Consulting is  5833 W. Race Ave, Chicago IL 60644, which  is is a personal residence and not the company.  

The same address belongs to Isaak Carothers, former 29th ward Alderman who just recently was convicted in bribery scheme.
