I want to share an article published on October 2, 2017 by Tribune.

Judge Daniel Lynch who recently sent African American immigrant to jail for contempt, again  attacked another group of litigants and ...was merely removed from the Case!

According to the Article," It's unclear what steps, if any, Chief Judge Timothy Evansmight take against Lynch, who was first elected to the bench in 1998. A spokesman for Evans declined to comment."

I am absolutely confident that anarchy promoter Chief Evans will take no  steps against Judge Lynch. 

Judicial Inquiry Board will also cover for Judge Daniel Lynch.

As of Lynch's "election" in 1998 - here is NO public records that Daniel Lynch actually was ever elected as a judge. 

Daniel Lynch lost THREE elections - in 1992, 1994, 1996.  

Daniel Lynch  retired from THREE  Elections - in 1990, 1996 and 1998.

So, how and why Daniel Lynch was placed on judicial seat to terrorize Illinois residents and lawyers from the bench?

And WHO is actually in CONTEMPT  - Judge Lynch who SIX times failed elections or litigants in his Court 

Similarly, Judge Martin Moltz FOUR times lost his election - 1992, 1994, 1996 and 1998, repeatedly sued for violations of Due Process and racket - still holds his position!

I am writing to submit my request to edit your page about Illinois Cook County Judge Daniel Lynch since it contains incomplete and misleading information.

According to your page (the link is below) , Judge Daniel Lynch was first elected in 1998.

However, Illinois public records provided by IL Board of Elections does not have any information about Daniel Lynch successful election.

To the contrary, it appears that Daniel Lynch repeatedly LOST his elections, at least 3 times in 1992, 1994 and 1996 and 3 times  retired from elections in 1990, 1996 and 1998. 

Moreover, Judge Daniel Lynch is repeatedly removed by IL Supreme Court from cases for abusing litigants. 

Please update your page with correct information about Judge Daniel Lynch and contact IL Supreme Court to ask how Judge Lynch obtained his judicial seat.
