AFFIDAVIT
Joe Louis Lawrence being first duly sworn on oath deposes
and states as follows:
1 I
am Joe Louis Lawrence, Counsel Pro Se.
2 That
on May 14, 2015, Appellant’s docketing statement was due but because of
unforeseen medical emergencies sister hospitalized that day and personal loss
no legal issues were addressed that week;
3 Appellant
is still to this date “Homeless” and indigent in that said “Terrorist”
conspirators associated in these matters have made it their careers making sure
he remained in that state for standing up to Racism and Racial Injustice in all
courts and City and State controlled agencies;
4 Appellant
is on Welfare receiving food stamps while 12+ white attorneys with elite status
in this “organized conspiracy”
are employed litigating against him maintaining job security keeping the likes
of men like the Appellant racially oppressed while they earn a living.
5 Hereto
attached, Exhibit A, a signed court
order pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 272, signed by Hon. Moshe Jacobius
allowing Appellant to sue in circuit court where the case is deemed an Admin
Review.
