Joe Louis Lawrence being first duly sworn on oath deposes
and states as follows:
1 I
am Joe Louis Lawrence, Counsel Pro Se.
2 That
on May 18, 2015, Appellant demonstrated due-diligence went to the Daley Center
8th floor Appellate Division to ascertain the status of court file
and learned record was not due to the Appellate Court until July 2, 2015;
3 Appellant
then continued his due-diligence in making his way to the Appellate Court
Division by having his Notice of Filing the Notice of Appeal et al filed May
18, 2015; with all of the attachments;
4 Appellant
was informed from the clerk that a Motion to Dismiss said Appeal was filed May
14, 2015, Appellant informed the clerk he had no knowledge of anything being
filed;
5 Appellant
was at the Post Office Saturday May 16, 2015, near and around 1:30pm and Monday
after 3:00pm no attorney from the City of Chicago or otherwise have sent any
Notice of filing anything in the Appellate Court;
6 That
said attorneys whomever filed the Dismissal to this Honorable Court made an
attempt to undermine the integrity of the judges on the bench by attempting to
Induce Reliance on them so as to “trick” “sandbag” etc. Them into dismissing a
legitimate appeal so as to keep them from learning of the “Racist” episodes
attempted before a sitting judge;

FACT: What the Appellees don’t want this court to
see, Hereto attached, April 2, 2015, Motion for Disqualification of Judge due
to Bias (Civil Rights Violations) and or Prejudice pursuant to Canon 3 (C) (1)
and to Vacate Orders where Civil Rights were violated,
B-
FACT: What
the Appellees don’t want this court to see, Hereto attached, April 21, 2015,
Motion for Reconsideration Vacate March 30, 2015, Affidavit;
7 That
despite the number of attorneys deployed against the Appellant not one of them
objected or responded to anything he filed accompanied by affidavits up to the
Default Summary Judgment they relied on Judge Valderrama to act outside of his
jurisdiction and judicial immunity provisions by Denying every legal document
Appellant presented before the courts and the judge accommodated them entirely;
8 That
Appellees have taken these “Race Wars”
to epic proportions engaging in now
“Terrorist Acts” violating the Ku
Klux Klan Act of 1871, this is why the Appellees never mailed to the
Appellant any filing of dismissals because a number of people in this “Organized
Conspiracy” are either racist or inferior people of color and don’t want
the identities revealed on who did what and the roles they played oppressing a
man of color for standing up to “Organized Racist Terrorism” in the City
of Chicago;
9 That
because of the whites controlling this city in this “Organized Conspiracy”
and certain persons of color who are inferior to them because they are not able
to “LYNCH” innocent men of color with Ropes hanging from trees or use
water hoses and dogs to intimidate a person, they are using the laws and
certain judges acting as “Weapons of Mass Destruction” to effect genocide on
persons of color.
