  Please find attached evidence of due-diligence as the Defendant has exhausted the chain of command trying to seek help and justice as he was racially discriminated by every competent person who received his emails or court documents.

  
  

  Defendant was directed to wait until Friday June 5 to see if someone acknowledges receipt of said emails but because his sister is graduating Friday receiving her Phd and mother is having problems with her eyes from cataract surgery and have to go to urgent care waiting for tomorrow is moot.

  To those Free minded individuals within the State trying to locate documents from the 1988 D 079012 court file because when Dorothy Brown was the Clerk the paternity files were allegedly stored in City Hall so when she left the office the entire court file was imaged to the computer under Iris Y. Martinez and former States Attorney Anita Alvarez she was her own woman contrary to the negative media hype, she didn't go along with the racist framing of this paternity scandal.

  
  

  John Ouska her Deputy met me personally via a court subpoena to release records relating to the 1988 D 079012, the only thing he presented was a May 18, 1988 court order, Hon Edward Jordan was the judge in said divorce and Rachal Kaplan appeared before him under said court subpoena, the judge asked Rachael if she ever appeared in his court before, she said no, he said if she didn't produce the CTA records per the subpoena before the end of the business day she was going to wish she never appeared  in his court, she provided the CTA records in it's entirety and, the records reflected, he was never discharged, the documents  falsified were left in the personnel file.

  
  

  According to reliable sources at the CTA, they never reinstated him because too many people were coming after his back wages and the person responsible in that position was not going to lose their position in that mess.  

  
  

  When the good ol boys are not able to defeat qualified legal representatives in the law namely alleged Jewish attorneys they have documents or files deleted from the court files or database.
