African Americans are being targeted in racist rulings and is the result of a WAR on any African American and selected other ethnic groups but definitely senior citizens.

Because "White Insurrectionist's" seems to ALLEGEDLY control all STATE AGENCIES and COURTS no person of COLOR and now SENIOR CITIZENS will ever receive JUSTICE in this CITY and STATE.

Years ago, I appeared before Judge William O'Maki and explained to the judge as a racist man because he was ignoring and denying every motion, I presented before him where the Assistant Attorney General was a Caucasian female who had someone to lie and say they put a parcel in my mailbox, when in fact, I had a Post Office Box and she never sent me anything.

So, I explained to him by presenting my Motion to Disqualify from the case because of his racist disposition and the fact, that I am Black making allegations against a white woman and you being a white man (IN FRONT OF A FULL COURT ROOM OF PEOPLE) the judge said pick up my Motion to Disqualify him and said save it for the next judge and recused himself from the case and I appeared before Judge Mary Lane Mikva and won my case.

But in this case, Judge Terrance Lavin wants everybody to know that he is a racist and don't care what people think and is using his unlawful position to aid and assist in Ku Klux Klan, Nazi racial acts by trying to protect his kind of brethren by DENYING a Motion that no ATTORNEY DENIED OR OBJECTED to ADMITTING to EVERYTHING RECORDED AS BEING FACTUAL

So when this racist judge learned that I filed a Motion to SUPPLEMENT THE MOTION ET AL (July 3, 2023)

On January 6, America witnessed how so many people stormed the white house and committed anarchy and mayhem if these were Black or Brown people they would have been shot down like dogs.

Here in Illinois, we have a similar Insurrection taking place against people of Color and the senior citizens as in the Sallas case and so many like her.

I filed the following motion today which is attached in the Appellate Court

 PETITIONER SUBMITS PETITIONERS (TINA MCDANIEL’S) MOTION FOR RULE TO SHOW CAUSE FOR INSURANCE FRAUD STATE AGENCY ARBITRATORS & ATTORNEYS ENGAGING IN AN “ORGANIZED CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY” w/AFFIDAVIT as Gr Ex A

Racism and corruption is so egregious many of the judges who happens to be non Negroe realizes that none of the Blacks are going to dare open their mouths and comment on any aspect of injustice or racial acts from the bench because so many lack any authority over them mainly because of their skin color.

I just received an email only after filing the aforementioned motion Judge Terrance Lavine immediately Denied the original Petition for Rule to Show Cause by himself no other judges are involved, the Motion accompanied with an affidavit no attorney objected to the motion, but the judge demonstrated his BIAS/PREDJUDICED disposition at me only because of my skin color.

The State of Illinois or City of Chicago has allocated $50 million dollars for immigrants fleeing their countries for a better life moving to Chicago but I am an American Citizen Born and Raised a Free Man in these United States Chicago and I can not receive EQUAL PROTECTION of the LAWS in the same city, the immigrants are flocking too, why is that?

I want to galvanize with those individuals who are not Political Puppets, Figureheads or Political Slaves who only do what they are told just like in the movie Roots, they were called House Ni*'ers, if I spelled out this word, Twitter would be trying to take down my post even though, I am teling the Truth.

How do I get in touch or connect with others who are affected by the same crimes as myself because it is clear a Black Man or Woman can't do it, they need a sponsor in the Political Machine who provided them money for their campaign to advise to either keep your mouth shut or do whatever is necessary where your positions merits them to do.

This is why violence and mayhem is in the streets so egregiously out of control, the youth has picked up where the adults, judges, politicians, some Aldermen have left off by turning their backs, backstabbing their constituents, being paid off, or closing a blind eye and ears to our cries for help and support, the youth are killing, shooting randomly not caring who is shot, car jacking, mob action criminal behavior etc. It has become a big problem because it is now in the affluent parts of the north side and other areas that were once exclusive to certain Caucasians.

This is what happens when you neglect an ethnic group thinking that crime is only segregated to a particular group of people, the racist hateful individuals are closer to one another in many aspects of this criminal enterprise than you have people who actually love themselves or their neighbors.

Me and so many others are victims to a race war in the legal system and racist judges are doing everything in their power to keep Black and Brown people oppressed and disenfranchised by using every Jim Crow tactic possible to achieve their goal.

I NEED ALL OF MY SOCIAL MEDIA FOLLOWERS TO HELP ME TO GET HELP AGAINST THE INSURECTIONISTS CONTROLLING THE LEGAL SYSTEM SO THAT THIS LAWLESSNES AND INJUSTICES ON PEOPLE OF COLOR AND SENIOR CITIZENS CAN BE ADDRESSED.

I don't understand how CHICAGO is considered a SANCTUARY CITY for other races of people when they can't stand the Blacks and Brown people born and raised here and have retired proving BLACK LIVES DON'T MATTER---JUDGE TERRANCE LAVINE WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW HE IS A RACIST IN HIS RULING AND DON'T FEAR ANY REPRISALS FROM ANY OF HIS BLACK COLLEAGUE JUDGES OR OTHER BLACK DEMOCRATS BECAUSE MANY OF THEM ARE INFERIOR TO HIM.
