When Richard Stomper filed my grievance, he directed me to put my CTA documents into a safe because they were my only saving grace being reinstated because someone was trying to make it look like, I never worked for the company, J. Acuna who was in payroll provided me with my entire financial history of the the first day ever started working with the CTA, someone broke into my home and stole all of my CTA documents and payroll stubs.
My employment file can be reconstructed from all of the accurate documents being tendered in the emails provided to you.

I am further providing you with information and documentation establishing the veracity that Black Officers in ATU local 241 or the Chicago Transit Authority lack the authority or freedom to admonish or submit to your attention corroborating the fact, I am a Chicago Transit Authority Employee.
FACT: Because of this many CTA employees became complicit in an “ORGANIZED CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY” by deleting my employment file as they assassinated my character with a plethora of heinous terrorist lies.
I received from the Pension Board Retirement Plan for CTA Employees corroborating the fact as an employee pension was deducted from my wages.
The document does not reflect when, I was hired (March 1987), my last day worked, job title, or original hiring date.
My case was in the Illinois Industrial Commission for 4 years, the CTA’ attorneys wanted me to fabricate the events in how my injury was sustained and use the Public Aid medical card to absorb the costs of all medical expenses associated with my injury, hereto attached, Case Docket 90 WC 11862.
Arbitrator Alvin Cooke ORDERED the CTA to pay me workman’s compensation and pay my medical expenses, CTA didn’t comply so they filed an appeal and the Commission AFFIRMED the Arbitrators decision.
I was off work for 4 years and CTA harassed the FUCK out of me and my babies, I had to literally receive welfare because CTA paid no workman’s compensation on a weekly basis but generated a check near and around September 1993, hereto attached information from workman’s compensation printout showing an award/settlement.
The records CTA and CORRUPT ATU LOCAL 241 OFFICERS don’t want you to see is why, they have been DELETED are the following documents:
A letter to Former Chairman Clark Burrus detailing an overt racial act on the part of K-50 Brian Sherritt; A letter from James E. Marshall, Chairperson, Disability Review Committee, (May 17, 1990); Elonzo Hill, Deputy Executive Dir. Forwarded a reply to the March 8, 1990 complaint, (July 6, 1990) ( FOR THE RECORD IT WAS DRY THAT DAY IT NEVER RAINED); Geri Tapling, Personnel Administrator (May 30, 1990) letter placing me in 605; letters from Goldberg, Fohrman, Weisman & Cairo, Oct 1 and Oct 19, 1990 to attend hearing.; bill from rehabilitation, R.B. Armstrong, Billing Dept (11/20/91) CTA had not paid any bills relating to the injury $1317.00.; Decision from the Arbitrator (Dec 17, 1990); Pay Stub 09/04/92, AREA 605, PENSION $3.15 and CHILD SUPPORT $91.79 which was illegally deducted because not only is this incorrect this is not my child.; Copy of Federal Tax Return.
President John Acosta as you can see from these documents there are certain Black individuals who are willing to go to jail or FEDERAL PENNITENTIARY saving their ANGLO-SAXON MASTERS, many of the Blacks in deluded authority do what they are told destroying their own ethnic groups, I have tendered to your attention in the last email the noted individuals who share my DNA, Nelson Mandela, Condoleezza Rice, President Lyndon B. Johnson, Albert Einstein and other prominent individuals who are not inferior to any ethnic groups.
So, can you explain to me why so many TRASH MINDED individuals think that if they DELETED my personnel records nobody would ever know or have any knowledge of me still being a CTA employee to this very day?
Lastly, Honorable Valerie B. Jarrett, Chairperson for the CTA is probably the very last person of immaculate integrity and moral character to have received my correspondence which outlined the “DIABOLICAL CONSPIRACIES” associated in this case, that unequivocally demonstrate that certain Blacks with ENSLAVED MENTALITIES, or INFERIOR are the very ones the CTA seems to have in control because they are easy to control and have their way with in any way unimaginable ask Dorval Carter, Jr he is so intertwined in this shit it is no surprise, this is sadly how so many inferior cowardly Black men ascend in power in Chicago, Illinois.

It has been quite difficult trying to get reinstated back to the CTA and even more difficult when people in the union whom you may put your trust in understandably are deceiving you with vicious lies
A COOK COUNTY JUDGE ADMITTED ENGAGING IN CRIMINAL ACTS against me in 1994 unbeknown to so many of the persons involved, I just received this information from the Daley Center court records, and I never have seen this information not even my Motion, I prepared Disqualifying Judge Bartkowicz, had I received Union support perhaps the attorneys would have been able to retrieve the following information.
Judge Bartkowicz signed a Court Order RECUSING himself from a Paternity Case where he orchestrated a UNLAWFUL WARRANT against a woman whom, I was not married to this woman or had any children from her, this was an ILLEGAL ACT. The Chicago Transit Authority along with Ronald Bartkowicz had conspired against me, the judge used his robe to create a false charge against me, so as to allow the CTA personnel to come to the court and removed my badge 26615 from my body illegally to keep them from paying me my lost wages they stole while, I was off work injured on duty (RONALD BARTKOWICZ was an attorney with the CTA working with Bruce Talaga and Kathleen Hermann in Workman's Compensation, he was very candid telling me this).
Because I didn't lie or falsify the events on how my injury was sustained and apply for Public Aid to absorb all medical costs certain racist personnel and inferior Blacks within the CTA worked together by trying to DELETE my personnel records to reflect, I was not an employee or that, I was DISCHARGED a lot of non-Black personnel was not in agreement to these horrendous vicious acts and provided evidence, I was in fact a CERTIFIED CTA EMPLOYEE.
PAULA WRIGHT LOCATED MY PERSONNEL FILE and informed me that, I was never DISCHARGED all I had to do was buy her lunch after being properly reinstated and Valerie Jarrett tried having me reinstated but was me with incredible obstructions and Javier Perez seemed like an incredible supporter asked me to fax him my Doctors statement because their is nothing in my employment file showing, I was fit to return to active duty, I never heard from him again.
I never had the judges court order or this Motion after filing it in 1994, he Ordered the Deputy to take my copy and it was my only copy and told me in open court everything in my Motion was correct and asked me how did, I know he was a former CTA employee? (May 9, 2022, is the first time, I ever saw his court order recusing himself from the case and saying to reference my Motion with his initials alongside of it.)
This is an incredible BOMBSHELL. WHICH PROVES EVERYTHING, I HAVE ASSERTED ALL THESE YEARS WERE OF COMPLETE VERACITY.
Local 241 or the CTA do not have Black men with the integrity or authority to admonish white men or speak up when or if they are doing anything wrong this is why nobody ever approached you with the truth about this case and what, I have been dealing with.
Non-White personnel advised me years ago not to trust the Blacks in the union local 241 because they are in bed with the CTA and you could lose your job dealing with them, I can attest to this because a Tom Collins who was the Secretary told me he could have me reinstated in no time but, I was to sign over my wages to him, I laughed at him because, I thought he was joking, he asked me what's more important $10,000.00 or your job? My reply of course my job, he said sign the paper you can't miss what you never had! I said NO! He told me in my face see if you get reinstated! (IN A VENOMOUS PERSONAL MANNER)
Now if Local 241 have these types of Extortionists running the union how is it anyone of color ever going to receive proper union representation?

Dear President John Acosta:
It is now 56 days with no reply to this email.
Your secretary Mary informed me on May 26, that you have in fact received the email documents submitted in the email, but it will take about 5 weeks to receive a reply, that put the response in the week of June 16, 2022.
With due-diligence I called your office June 23, at 9:33 am so as to ascertain whether or not this matter once again slipped through the cracks, she asked for my telephone number, and it was provided 312 965-6455 she has always been very professional and courteous.
On July 5, 2022, I notified the union 1 888240-1196 at 1:20 pm and left a voice message.
As of today, upon receipt of you receiving this email nobody has ever contacted me via email or phone of any formal activity regarding my e-mail sent to your attention.
Per my diligence with Past Presidents Warren S. George and Larry Hanley both men demonstrated the level of integrity that afforded them the titles they respectfully earned in trying to make sure local 241 adhered to the rules in seeing to it my grievance of December 1, 1994 was properly acted upon which never took place.
Because certain Union Officers past and present were complicit in an “Organized Conspiracy” corroborating their roles engaging in unlawful labor practices; where a Cook County judge signed off the above as being truthful in its entirety it is difficult for anyone to try and impeach him because he signed off on my document which in fact was notarized and a affidavit.
