Sat, Dec 18 at 11:46 PMProfessor Ken:I don't know if having Black leaders in charge is a blessing or a curse, but in my personal experience there has been only a handful of Blacks, African Americans who actually responded to any correspondence forwarded to them seeking any type of guidance or assistance stemming from racial issues, Clark Burrus former Chairman of the CTA, former Judge Eugene Pincham, former Chairwoman Valerie Jarrett, Commissioner Jerry Butler and attorney James Montgomery.It is sad, I have received directions or some type of support from a plethora of individuals who don't even share my ethnicity it is my opinion and experience there are way too many Blacks in responsible positions of authority who are both figureheads or political puppets.You pick up the newspaper or turn on the news any channel and tally up how many Black or Brown persons are killed or carjacked over this weekend, the same hateful Blacks who don't love or like what they look like have political and judicial positions and they are very acquiescent when they are in a position to stop RACISM or any type of JUDICIAL RACIAL ACT, or CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS.Because Chicago don't really have credible leadership from Black or Brown persons in authority Anglo-Saxons of HATEFUL INSURRECTIONAL AUTHORITY, have DECLARED WAR on people of color in a diabolical sense "LYNCHING" innocent United States Citizens of color doing whatever, they desire because BLACK LIVES DON'T MATTER, and the lives of Black or Brown lives don't matter to the people in charge.This is my second time watching this movie on Turner Classic called Imitation of Life, it was about a young woman who was born light skinned and could passed for white and was ashamed of her mother's skin color because she was dark complexioned, the woman hated her skin color and the fact she was a black woman, she denied her own mother when her mother located her selling cigars to white men as a cashier, I saw this movie about 25 or 30 years ago, I remembered it because my mother and I had dialogue about the movie, she explained to me that there are a lot of Black people who wanted to be white and hated their complexion, as I digress.Please take a look at this document that has been capsulized for many who may be intellectually challenged we have so many Black people in this city as judges, Alderman, Politicians are like the actual character in the movie Imitation of Life who have denounced their ethnicity to embrace HATE, VILE CONTEMPT FOR THE LAWS, by going along with some of the most egregious acts ever to be captured in a manuscript manner.I would like for you to explain to me or share some examples were a Caucasian person killed another Caucasian for a Black person so that they can be liked or accepted, better yet can you name any case where a group of judges stole from their own ethnic groups and gave it to any Black or Brown person?It is one thing fighting RACISM and RACIAL HATE but NIGGERCISM is unfathomable-- my definition of Niggercism is a person who hates who they are and will do whatever any Anglo-Saxon tells him or her to do to destroy their own ethnicity, these particular Blacks or Brown persons are recruited to execute the hate that many within the Political Machine have for colored people but cannot commit the crimes personally on them; otherwise, it might cause a racial war so colored negroes are appointed and used to pit against any Black or Brown persons not submitting to the doctrines of the Political Machine.Perfect examples of Negroes engaging in Niggercism Chief Judge Timothy Calvin Evans, Judge Fredrenna Lyles as they knew what these senior citizens were going through were wrong kept their mouths shut and aided and assisted the Anglo-Saxons in illegally stealing their home, I can name a whole lot of others, but, I just wanted to share an example so that others reading this can comprehend why so many hate and don't respect Black or Brown people because of the type of MENTALLY ILL, or REPROBATED MINDED BLACKS in delusional authority.Who is responsible for investigating Federal Judges involved in Hate Crimes and participants in an active Chain Conspiracy Involving Mortgage “Fraud” in the Criminal Enterprise of Cook County and the Federal Court where Judges are “Fixing” said cases not fearing anyone in any legal authority?
They have been fighting an illegal foreclosure case now going on 14 years.The original case number is 2008 CH 33616.
We filed a Federal Complaint against U.S. Bank et al. May 14, 2021, case # 21 cv 02707 and U.S. Bank was properly served via Registered Agent May 20, 2021 with Proof of Service filed in Federal Court May 24, 2021.
Judge Feinerman set a status date on May 21, 2021 for June 19, 2021 at 9:15 am, the judge indicated in his order Initial Status Report shall be filed by 7/12/2021 U.S. Bank did not comply with the court order, so a Summary Judgment et al. was filed June 16, 2021, Judge Feinerman Denied the Summary Judgment for Failure to Comply with Local Rule 56.1.
We filed a Motion for Disqualification of Judge et al. (June 7, 2021) That on June 10, 2021 Judge Feinerman Denied the Motion saying there are no grounds to Disqualify District Judge Feinerman and he struck the court dates he scheduled keeping us from going before him.
That on June 28, 2021 we filed a Motion for Reconsideration due to Fraud and Misrepresentations to the Court et al. That on June 30, 2021, Judge Feinerman Denied the Motion saying Plaintiff is not entitled to the relief sought in the motion.
That on July 8, 2021, We filed the Notice of Appeal, from the June 30, 2021 Court Order,
That on September 2, 2021 Judge Feinerman Dismissed our case and has DENIED every Motion that has been filed against U.S. Bank, Notice of Appeal was Filed again September 10, 2021.
That on September 20, 2021 Judge Feinerman ORDERED Federal Clerks to DELETE the Notice of Appeal and had the Clerk of the Federal Court to return a check back to the Plaintiff illegally stating 21 CV 2707 REFUND #35 FALSE STATEMENTS TO A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION $505.00 9/27.2021, hereto attached.
That Republican Judges Easterbrook, Kanne and Scudder thought Monzella Y. Johnson was a MALE sanctioned her $1000.00 for complaining about what Judge Feinerman had done in his court by recording the events in a manuscript manner
Because of the illegal Court Order of September 20, 2021 Obstructing and violating our Civil Rights we had to file a timely Amended Notice of Appeal October 18, 2021.
That the Republican Judges in the Court of Appeals have admitted being De Facto defense attorneys for U.S. Bank and not having subject-matter jurisdiction and are engaging in egregious hate crimes trying to cover-up every criminal act of what Judge Feinerman has engaged in by Denying the Summary Judgment, Transferring the matter to another circuit pursuant to Rule 26 Breyers Committee Report.
The aforementioned judges because of my skin color and being a senior citizen received Petition for Rule to Show Cause and Mandatory Injunction Prohibiting the Sale of Home et al. along with 2 more Motions to Supplement never Denied or Granted the factual legal documents, but the Chief Judge Diane Sykes had no problem admitting being a De Facto attorney Dismissed the Summary Judgment and when the Motion to Ascertain was filed Dec. 2, 2021, she DENIED the following Motion.
MOTION TO ASCERTAIN HOW FEDERAL JUDGE DIANE S. SYKES HAVE JURISDICTION OR ANY JUDGE IN THE SEVENTH CIRCUIT, WHEN SHE HAS ADMITTED BEING A DE FACTO ATTORNEY, ADMITTED TO CORROBORATING IN A PLETHORA OF CRIMINAL TERRORIST CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS USING HER ROBE AND UNLAWFUL AUTHORITY OBSTRUCTING SAID CASE FROM BEING TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER CIRCUIT PURSUANT TO RULE 26 PURSUANT TO THE BREYERS COMMITTEE REPORT, 239 F.R.D. AT 214-15. COURT ORDER BEING A NULLITY
Please find additional systematic information corroborating judges engaging in a plethora of criminal acts trying to steal retired senior citizens Monzella and Marcia Johnson’s home.
1.) On Nov. 27, 2018 a Motion RESPONDENT’S MOTION FOR DISQUALIFICATION OF JUDGE FOR “CAUSE” USING HER ROBE ENGAGING IN A CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY & RECONSIDERATION VACATE (October 29th 2018) ORDER DUE TO CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS “FRAUD” TRESPASSING UPON THE LAWS MAKING THE ORDER A NULLITY w/AFFIDAVIT
2.) Hearing was scheduled for Jan. 8, 2019 at 10:30 am;
3.) That on Jan 8, 2019, an unsigned court order was provided to the Defendants, Transfer Order Within Division.
4.) That the case was mysteriously handed to judge Simko a judge who presides next door to Lyle.
5.) That on March 11, 2019 Darryl Simko signed a court order Striking Respondent/Defendant Monzella et al.
6.) That on March 25, 2019, Darryl Simko signed a court order Defendant’s motion for Substitution of judge Fredrenna M. Lyle for cause is Denied, the attorney complicit in said “Organized Conspiracy” is identified via his attorney number 43932 who prepared the order.
7.) That on Friday Feb. 28, Joe Louis Lawrence communicated with Judge Jacobius Court room Clerk and was informed by her judge Jacobius had no involvement in said case due, to him questioning why no transfer order from Judge Jacobius was ever entered sending the case back to Judge Lyle from judge Simko.
8.) The Clerk got up from her seat after looking in the computer and informed him, that Judge Lyles clerk never forwarded an Order Regarding Substitution of Judge or Recusal and provided him a blank copy and directed him to take that upstairs and have her clerk to fill it out and bring it back to her because she is the person who handles these matters of reassignment.
9.) Furthermore, the Clerk stated, there is no record or information of Judge Simko presiding on calendar 56 and provided a court order of Jan 8, 2020 with judge Lyles signature.
10.) This document validates the verity Black Judges in the Democratic Party are willing to do anything to destroy their own ethnic group helping whites and keeping their mouths shut, so as to be accepted by members of the Democratic Political Machine as in this case steal a senior citizens home.
Hearing for this fiasco is March 10, 2020 at 11:00 am.
