JUDGE FINERMAN IS EMPHATIC IN CORROBORATING HIS ROLE AS A "PRIVATE CITIZEN" BASICALLY TELLING THE FBI IF YOU GET ME, YOU HAVE TO COME GET ALL OF THEM!
IT'S AMAZING IN THIS CLIMATE OF CORRUPTION DEMOCRATIC JUDGES SEEMS DELUDED INTO BELIEVING, THAT THE LAWS DON'T APPLY TO THEM, BASICALLY SAYING TO THE FBI IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT WE ARE DOING COME GET US!!!
BECAUSE THE LEGAL SYSTEM IS FILLED WITH SO MANY DEMOCRATS, THE PRESUMPTION APPEARS TO BE ILLINOIS NEEDS THE CORRUPT JUDGES TO KEEP THE LEGAL SYSTEM MOVING FORWARD, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, THEIR ARE ENOUGH QUALIFIED ATTORNEYS WITH INTEGRITY AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAWS TO EFFECT A NUMBER OF POSITIVE CHANGES IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM.
1.) That Fed Rule
Civ P. 8 and 9 require plaintiffs to particularize their
allegations of "fraud on the court" in as
short, plain, and direct a way as is reasonable. To comply with these rules,
the Court instructed plaintiffs to set out each judicial proceeding complained
of, allege specific facts that make those proceedings "fraudulent" or
otherwise improper, and name the particular judges and other individuals
involved and the extent of their involvement in each claim of
"fraudulent" or otherwise improper conduct.
2.) The City appealed to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals,
which reversed the jury verdict and award. The appeals court found that
although the injuries suffered by plaintiff from the shooting incident were
grievous, the City was not responsible for the officer's actions, where the
officer was acting as a private citizen and not as a City police officer. The
Seventh Circuit noted that Section 1983 imposes liability only when
a municipality has violated a federal right. Since none of the plaintiff's
federal rights were violated, the court of appeals overturned the jury verdict
against the City of Chicago.

within the Preponderance of the laws, that said Democrats within the Democratic
Political Machine along with some Republicans have corroborated violating
Section 1983 along with a plethora of other Terrorists Acts as Judges, Mayors,

I have been paying close attention to every email that you have delivered and has learned that it is most appalling that, their has been very little to the very little traction to the egregious issues taking place in the Sallas case involving senior citizens.
Illinois and living in Chicago happens to be a HATEFUL RACIST STATE and CITY, many would say to you or me oh we go again blaming racism or some might try to blame former President Donald Trump it's everybody's else's fault except for the responsible persons involved in the foregoing acts, I am about to mention.
Because so many Anglo-Saxons controlling the Democratic Political Machine for a number of years and has managed to circumvent all constitutional laws of the United States Constitution and laws of the United States Supreme Court by recruiting and appointing inferior persons of color to act in their bestead in destroying their own ethnic groups so as to be accepted by said Anglo Saxons is why the elders like the Sallas or any other senior citizens affected by the actions perpetrated by various County personnel and the judges not of the colored persuasion has reached phenomenal proportions.
First of all, way too many Negroes in the Democratic Party with titles have no control over Anglo Saxons within the City of Chicago or State of Illinois; therefore, criminals in every aspect of the government where colored leadership is an issue elders excluding Anglo Saxons (Irish or Polish) will never be treated like the seniors you have described or like Lanre Amu and most importantly you will never find a COLORED PERSON in any type of authority treating any Anglo Saxon, the way, i have been treated by locking me up 5 times for allegedly owing child support, that was never owed.
I just returned from a vacation in Orlando Florida it was a great feeling to have experienced my very first vacation in my life getting away from Illinois, it was a great feeling going to Disneyland, Sea world and Animal Kingdom, I was wearing a family T-Shirt it was about 17 of us and at least 12 or 13 people whom, I didn't know none shared my complexion greeted me from my name on my shirt, they all shared my name, we got disconnected from the younger group and a Caucasian gentleman greeted me and asked if we were looking for the same group wearing our shirts it was funny because we kind of got disconnected, I said as a matter of fact, yes we are looking for the other group, he pointed in the direction where we were to walk.
The people were very friendly and it felt great as I digress.
But in Chicago Black People hate Black people, Black Lesbians hate Black Heterosexual men, Black Gay men hate strong attractive Black women, Anglo Saxons hate intelligent Brown or Black men, but the twisted irony is that the very inferior Black or Brown Man or woman gay or otherwise will do anything to aid and assist the very racist Anglo Saxons who don't give a shit about them to destroy their own ethnic group in order to be accepted.
In my personal experience Hispanic sisters or Brothers Gay or otherwise, never displayed some of the hatred we see every day in the news so many senseless killings featured everyday in the news is reflective to the self hate of so many colored people in authority have for one another.

I want you to read why Chicago is so fucked up in such a violent and chaotic manner and why the Elders lives has about as much of a value as a Black or Brown persons life.
This Motion filed today in Federal shed a vivid depiction of how the ORIGINAL DEMOCRATS truly feel about Black and Brown people and how they have managed to still to this day share their hatred towards anyone; especially, colored people by circumventing every law necessary keeping people of color OPPRESSED living under APARTHEID training today's colored group by replicating the same hate they did when they were LYNCHING MEN FROM THE TREES, today Black and Brown terrorist's are randomly shooting and killing off one another babies and the elderly as the new Ku Klux Klan form of LYNCHING.
Because Chicago don't really have a Black or Brown person in the Democratic Political Machine with any integrity or qualifications to SPEAK up about the INJUSTICES in the LEGAL SYSTEM covering the WHITE NATIONALISTS that has taking seize of the entire legal system.
You see Professor Ken from my personal experience the DEMOCRATIC POLITCAL MACHINE, don't have one DEMOCRAT, that has the legal aptitude of my brother Lanre Amu, he told the truth about what racist judges were doing in the courts which was in fact true, if I am not mistaken he named about 4 or 5 judges, and his license was suspended.
I humbly defeated every ATTORNEY in ILLINOIS and CHICAGO and presented BRIEFS, JURISDICTIONAL MEMORANDUMS, SUMMARY JUDGMENTS, SURPASSING the intellectual aptitude of every ANGLO-SAXON JUDGE that deems pro se litigants as TRASH, so the same JUDGES that is supposed to be intelligent and well versed in the laws, SIMPLY POINTED OUT, how they became "PRIVATE CITIZENS" "TRESPASSERS OF THE LAWS" the majority of these judges are in fact DEMOCRATS some are APPOINTED BY PRESIDENT OBAMA.
It appears that it seems so easy inflicting GENOCIDAL ETHNIC CLEANSING of the BLACK AND BROWN race with the foregoing corroboration in the document attached is why so many Anglo Saxons are able to come after other races that are not DEEMED PURE OR ANGLO SAXON.
