DEEP SEEDED CORRUPTION IN CHICAGO SURPASSING HUMAN IMAGINATION

The Public should know this, our tax paying money is being used for s Cemetery that has been committing Predatory Sale and Double Dipping since 1980.

Lambent Risk Brokerage a minority owned insurance company that is listed as a subcontractor that insured cadavers. Those Cadavers that are being transported to the Cemetery by the same employees that is placing those belonging to the Morgue on the top of our love ones. We paid for private burials in full to discover this and than to be offered through threats to accept Hush money that these ambulance chasers received millions that I am claiming Bribed money. I have been on this since I discovered several active Judges in the Law  Division was involved. the Attorney Tom Leahy had a seat on the State of Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board.

It was his law firm that was attempting to silence me. I have three of the families that accepted the money with the thought they would be paid a million. Yes, we are all African American. There is that old Martin Luther King saying "DO NOT JUDGE A PERSON BY THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN" .

I am going to send you the State of Illinois Comptroller Application that Mr. Flynn also misrepresented himself. The State Comptroller Inspector General has refused to talk to me after I read the Application. I found several lies that was accepted or over looked.

Mr. Flynn also a owner of a Cemetery and Funeral Home in Hermitage, Pa. 

He filed to reveal that he also have and doing business as a funeral home director. Basically, the State and County knew that Mr. Flynn, Sr has been lying on these bids and his application.

The Cemetery has been illegal consolidating and stealing tax payers money.

I am now having the Funeral Home correct my Father's Death Certificate, the Cemetery has been working with certain Funeral Directors that make it appear your love one is a indigent. Springfield informed me on Thursday the Certificate has been corrected and sent to the same Funeral Home that has been working with the Cemetery Gatling.

This is why Bribery money was offered and paid out.

This bid was worth enough money to keep what was ignored for years and allowed. Our Tax money was paid to a Cemetery that was allowing "PREDATORY SALE AND DOUBLE DIPPING.

The law firm that was involved here was Leahy & Hoste , Tom Leahy who also had a seat on the State of Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board since 2007 involved a lot of Judges that is present on the bench in our Circuit Court of Cook County. Attorney Leahy was also a former President for the ABA.

The many named Judges  who was selected to be a participant must of been seeking some form of assisting when their name is brought up in any investigation. Yes, I have their names and they have been involved in investigations that was thrown out due to the conflict of interest when the Executive Director and General Counsel Ms. Kathy D. Twine, ESQ has rejected all my complaints against the several Judges that had some role in these cases to conceal this bid that was created out of Corruption.

Yes, I believe one as myself can say this and back it up when I was employed with one of the most corrupt City Department which was Aviation. I learned corruption from the best. 

I know as done here I filed a motion claiming "Fraud Upon the Court " Judge James P. Flannery, Jr. whom I met for the very first time than asked state"YOU DO NOT WANT THE MONEY" that shocked me.

I came to the Judge based on reaching out that I never was a witness nor involved with why an Attorney is pressuring, threatening and use the claim of breach of a settlement . All what I brought to him at the time was enough to ask for proof or the Judge recuse himself . 

It is apparent based on the Bids that I have provided these are the last which ended in 2015.

We have the Illinois Department Financial & Professional Regulations, State of Illinois Comptroller cover this up. 

The Attorney General will not touch it, they continue to send it back to the two I have filed complaints against. 

Then you have the independent Inspector General that is located at 69 West Washington who has informed me that they cannot share any information only that he investigator Thomas Galindo has assigned three investigators.

We have a right to know why a Cemetery has violated a Cook County Bid that allowed a absentee owner misrepresent himself not just on the Cook County bid but on his application with the State Comptroller.

Why the People of Illinois was not aware of this Bid and how a Cemetery was consolidating paid in full burials with those belonging to the Cook County Morgue.

Yes, I have a lot here and three different families who I contacted once I was told take the money, you directly benefit from these people. I was shocked to here that, but when you meet the other African American families one can only state the reason for that statement would be the lawyer judged us all to be the same.
