I want to comment on recent articles regarding epidemic homelessness across the Country, particularly in California, Illinois and New York; as well as some public comments about Illinois fiasco and particularly Chicago, which is full of homeless and literally falling apart due to its totally decoyed infrastructure.
THIS IS HOW DEMOCRATS WIELD THEIR INFLUENCE & POWER BY CREATING SUB-SOCIETIES
Corruption destroyed everything in our State. Chicago residents pay confiscatory property taxes (so, Madigan's cronies like JB Pritzker can get $230K tax reduction for his mansion, and pass the bill on others who already struggle with mortgages and HOAs' racket; and will be pushed into foreclosures and on the streets); draconian sales tax; County Tax; city tax; 32% in recent tax increase; after 64% of tax increase several years ago; and after 29% tax increase several years prior, or each time when Democrats Madigan, Burke, Daley and their corrupt mafia screw Illinois people again and again and again - while Illinois citizens do not get any returns for their money.
Illinois Court system is enormously corrupt. IL Supreme Court, particularly well-connected Justice Theis (daughter of well-connected Judge Kenneth Wendt), whom well-connected Justice Thomas Fitzgerald (son of a judge; Madigan’s crony, whom Fitzgerald helped to remove Blagojevich after the deal to assign Lisa Madigan on Obama’s seat failed) passed his seat, repeatedly assigns her cronies on judicial position, without any shame and with total impunity.
Judicial cronies demand more and more money from taxpayers (judges paychecks increased from $180,802 in 2012 to about $230K this year!) plus $170K pensions per judge; while refuse to provide them honest services. IL Courts are probably the only organization where public employees refuse to honestly serve their constituents (which I personally experienced with almost every judge in this Court), unless they extort handsome paychecks for those who pay judges directly -lawyers, and particularly well-connected lawyers.
A plaintiff who hires a non-clout lawyer also have no chance to be fairly heard if they run against Hinshaw &Culbertson LLP, for example, who usually represent insurance-backed corporations. This plaintiff will walk away from the Court with about $100,000.00 debt in his own legal fees - without any justice because judges, like John C. Griffin, (a well-connected son of judge James Griffin, Madigan’s crony who worked with well-connected judge Fitzgerald, who received from Madigan $20K for election, and was responsible for assignment of judges in 2008 when Judge John Griffin, whose aunt Helen also worked with Judge Fitzgetald, was assigned to his seat) , will do anything to support Hinshaw &Culbertson’ (who gave millions to various elections) exhaustion tactics by filing numerous bogus motions until they push the plaintiff off the case due to his lack of funds. I spoke with some plaintiffs who dare to hire non-clout lawyers in Judge Griffin's court. One dropped his case against HOA after his legal bills reached $60,000.00. Another similar case is still pending for more than 2 years, without any signs it can be fairly heart by Judge Griffin's on merits. Defendants, a HOA represented by Hinshaw &Culbertson, backed by at least $1 million legal defense fund paid from residents’ assessments, repeatedly file Motions to Dismiss; and Griffin denied Plaintiff's Motion for judgement to keep him suffer more monetary damages and force him to drop the case, with a huge personal debt. To compare, another similar case where Plaintiff hired Corboy &DeMetrio as his lawyers, was promptly settled in another Judge's Court. Clearly, Justice on Illinois Court system is very selective.
Judge Griffin’s support to predatory HOAs (not for free, of course) contributed to increase of HOAs fraud and embezzlement of community funds, thus into foreclosures and homelessness. Certain HOAs Boards pocket as much as 50% of community assessments to pay their own expenses and buy properties; confiscate owners units to rent it while pushed people into foreclosures; and defraud banks demanding 6 months of non-existing "back dues". I observe HOAs racket in most Chicago HOA, specially those who represented by Kovitz Shifrin Nesbit or Sanchez Daniels and Hoffman lawyers. For example, Malubu East EVERY YEAR pillage elderly couple Rojas with bogus collections, seven cases in last 7 years. Rojas family was pushed into foreclosures while KSN racked thousands in legal fees. Worth to mention, Malibu East Board during last 10 years purchased about 15 units in their building, mostly with CASH, while failed to pay community bills and had about $130,000 lien against EACH unit from Chicago Water department. I many times reported it to Lisa Madigan, Senate and other authorities - with ZERO respond from them. River City HOA repeatedly sue certain residents, including 7 collections against Scott Kyndibalyk, who was also pushed in foreclosure. River City is repeatedly sued for negligent management, including damages to its electric distribution facility by water. Confiscated units are rented for profits; and HOA Board demands 6 months back dues from the banks. Carl Sandburg HOA 10 times sued elderly Roberta Barnes, to her death and beyond, twice after she died. Her unit was rented for $1,100.00; her assessments were about $300.00. While HOA pillaged her in the Court for possession of her property, Barnes had $4,053.00 surplus on her ledger, or more than one year worth of assessments. Runaway Bay HOA filed 5 collections against Baikova Stefka; and 6 collections against Nikolov Zlatko in 2011 alone. Both were foreclosed. This list can be continued. Lisa Madigan does not care, and I highly suspect that HOAs lawyers pay bribes not only to judges, but also to Madigan to keep her eyes closed on abuses of homeowners
In fact, Illinois Court system is a safe Heaven to all kinds of racketeers, who are coming here even from other States because Cook County judges fully support predatory collectors. For example, a friend of mine, disabled Chicago firefighter who was severely injured in 2005, accrued some debt while his wife had to leave her job to take case of her husband. The couple had two kids in college. In November 2015 a predatory lawyer Ronald Miller, from Missouri! law Firm Miller and Steeno, submitted a fraudulent demand to Chase bank, prepared on behalf of Freeman Anselmo Lindberg LLC (defunct since Jan, 2015) and their lawyer Jared Duke (who left FAL two years prior and who personally denied any involvement in this case) to freeze my friend's bank account, without any Notices, which Chase did. Lawyer Miller also filed a fraudulent collection case, where a purported "assignment" of debt prepared in November 2015 wqs notarized by some South Carolina Notary whose commission expired in 2004. Judge Kubasiak (Madigan's crony) review forged documents, which he called "very interesting" - and ruled in favor of predatory collectors. No charges against lawyer Miller for bank fraud; forged documents; obstruction of justice and perjury were never filed. ARDC closed all complaints without any charges against Miller. The debt increased from (as I recall) $4K to $23K, with judicial approval. So, I guess, Judge Kubasiak is also in certain lawyers' payroll.
Due to corruption, Chicago streets look like they just survived a military air force strike; full of homeless who leave piles of trash and human waste, which attracts rats; and do drugs and alcohol non-stop. IL population is rapidly decreasing due to mass exodus of residents, most of whom are young and educated people. Violent crimes like daylight robberies and murders skyrocketing, - all because of epidemic corruption in ALL our public offices, with total impunity.
Corrupt judges and politicians have nothing to worry about - they serve each other and they stand for each other. Nobody even lost their jobs due to corruption. To the contrary, they even get promoted, with full benefits.
Thank to corruption, Chicago does not belongs to Chicagoans anymore. For example, our parking meters are owned by some very shady Abu Dhabi investors, thanks to Daley's family corruption and sales of the most valuable public asset to on Morgan Stanley's Board who laundered it behind the backs of Chicago residents for some shady foreign corporations....
Chicago-native Barack Obama passed $29.6 trillion to banks, or about $90,000.00 from EACH American, including newborn babies. The family of four was forced to pay banks $360,000.00, a price of a house and education for their kids. Grateful banks hired corrupt judges, many of whom received money from bank’s lawyers; and often are shareholders for the same banks in whose favor they rule, kicked these people on the streets and laundered quadrillions of $$$ in illegal US securities through our Court system.
Now California, Illinois, New York and other states apparently woke up and discovered that they have millions of "suddenly " homeless people.
Instead of holding Banks and JUDGES criminally liable for corruption, fraud and genocide, they pass the bill on American people to support American people robbed by judges who extorted their properties with forged documents brought by banks, which caused enormous homelessness in last 10 years due to foreclosures mill in all courts.
In 2012-2014 fraudulent foreclosures rate was 80-100 cases PER DAY in IL Cook County Court alone. This year, 2018, a defunct "Trustee" Deutsche Bank" already filed over 100 cases, on behalf of non-existing companies aka REMIC Trusts 2001-2008, which never legally existed, have no registration neither with SEC, IRS or States, but routinely confiscate homes from people and send them on the streets.
Homelessness in Chicago is horrible. Our downtown is full of hundreds of tents, mattresses and just people on the ground, doing drugs and alcohol non-stop; leaving piles of trash and human waste An estimated 140,000 homeless people lived in Chicago in 2015 including thousands of public school students in shelters, in tents, in parks or just in whatever place they can find across Chicago.
Most recently Orange county in California decided to move homeless camps to Irvine and Santa Ana - of where many wealthy bankers and lawyers live. For some reasons these bankers and lawyers do not want to see people whom they kicked on the street at their back yards and want someone else to deal with it.
Orange County reported unprecedented hike in homeless people deaths (funerals paid by taxpayers) According to reporter Graham, The deaths are so common they're routine. Sean, 47, drank himself to death on a bus stop bench in Anaheim. Bruce, 63, collapsed and died on a freeway off ramp from heart disease and an untreated seizure disorder. Zachary, 28, overdosed on heroin in a Santa Ana alley. Nicholas, 29, hanged himself with a shoe string on a dirt embankment in Fullerton. A homeless family of four was found dead in their van at a Garden Grove, It was the deadliest year on record for homeless people in Orange County.
It is perfectly known by the Senate who keeps their both eyes closed to Big Banks and their bought judges fraud and genocide against American people. For them it’s just a money-making game.
Corrupt judges must not be tolerated in a civilized society; must be removed from their position of public Trusts immediately; and placed under appropriate investigation.
In most recent publication in New York Magazine, corruption was identified as President Trump’s main liability, which must be immediately confronted, preferably with impeachment of him as the President.
Maybe New Yorker should visit Illinois Court system first, to see how the real corruption looks like, with total impunity?
Or fight against corruption should be also very selective, like Justice and jurisdiction in Illinois Courts?
