Can
any of you explain how Francoise Louise Barbara Hightower managed to
have Clerks in Dorothy Brown's office to destroy court files relating to
a case Richard Daley dismissed when he was the States Attorney,
September 17, 1987, (85 D 068184)?
Their were paternity tests both were altered to frame me to protect the natural biological father.
Francoise
knowingly with malicious intentions framed me committed perjury
returned back to court in 1988 where an unknown person fabricated a
court order (88 D 079012) May 18, 1988 no judges signature or attorney
information--- Anita Alvarez had John Ouska to certify the above bogus
court order, but was unable to locate the 85 D 068184 court file which
was a folder.
The
Bogus case 88 D 079012 is 2 boxes where Aubrey the Deputy had to place them on a roller cart.
I never signed any birth certificate!
Francoise notified Bogan High
School she had no knowledge who the father was of her daughter!
I was never served and had no knowledge of a 88 D case the default corroborates this fact!
The 85 D 068184 case was never
vacated or reinstated!
The 88 D 079012 case never was vacated or ordered any payment for child support!
Because
Francoise's mother was a white woman this became a
modern day Emmitt Till lynching with the pen as oppose to a rope or
beatings and had me locked up 5x's for allegedly owing child support!
My own family have been destroyed despite utilizing family therapy!
A
judge made up a Bogus
Order of Protection on me where a warrant was issued against me he had
no idea Francoise was a Police officer so they used the bogus warrant to
remove my CTA badge from my body so as to prevent CTA from paying me my
lost wages stolen and garnisheed while off work injured on duty.
Someone
stole my identity and went in my credit file and hacked into all of my
excellent accounts deleted them placed over $68,000.00 (Illinois Child
Support Enf.) on my credit report which is now Consumer Fraud Extortion
Identity Theft!
If
you asked Francoise questions about who the real biological father is
of this matter and why would she have destroyed an innocent man all of
these years, her response will sicken you, it will be difficult for her
lie about this now.
Can
anyone explain to me how is it child support is on my credit file when
legal documents demonstrate case dismissed September 17, 1987?
If a Police officer can commit the aforementioned acts and hide behind their badge and get away with framing an innocent person, what's to say cops are not providing guns to certain neighborhood "gangbangers" causing Chicago to be named and revered as a violent City and named Chi Raq?
