'A nightmare scenario': Extremists in police ranks spark growing concern after Capitol riot

Racially biased policing was already a concern. Now, charges against officers in the Capitol riot inflame fears of extremists infiltrating law enforcement.

Published  Updated

WASHINGTON – Charges against police officers, public safety workers and military veterans in the insurrection at the Capitol on Jan. 6 reignited concerns among lawmakers and law enforcement officials about violent extremists infiltrating government agencies.

Out of 324 arrests in the Capitol riot, 43 are current or former first responders or military veterans, according to USA TODAY analysis. At least four police officers and three former officers face federal charges. Two have been fired, one resigned and one was suspended without pay. Each of the officers charged has either pleaded not guilty or has not yet been arraigned.

The alleged participation of public safety officials who swore to uphold the Constitution has led lawmakers to sound the alarm.

Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md.
A street alliance among right-wing paramilitary forces, law enforcement and demagogic politicians has been a hallmark of fascism for a century

“A street alliance among right-wing paramilitary forces, law enforcement and demagogic politicians has been a hallmark of fascism for a century, so the involvement of multiple law enforcement officers from across the country in waging the Jan. 6th insurrection against the Capitol and the Congress is a warning sign of danger for our democracy," Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., told USA TODAY. "Off-duty cops beating up on-duty cops to overthrow an election is a nightmare scenario for America."

The Capitol insurrection, in which 140 police officers were injured and Officer Brian Sicknick later died, featured numerous examples of violent extremism and white supremacy. Rioters carried Confederate flags and nooses, and wore shirts saying the deaths of 6 million Jews during the Holocaust weren't enough. Amid the crowd, law enforcement officers reveled in social media posts about how they "attacked the government," according to court documents.

People involved in a number of hate groups have been arrested since the Capitol assault, including:

  • 16 defendants linked to Proud Boys, a misogynistic, anti-immigrant and anti-Semitic group with ties to white supremacism.
  • 13 linked to QAnon, an internet conspiracy movement.
  • 12 linked to Oath Keepers, a paramilitary organization that recruits current and former military, law enforcement and first responder personnel.

Other arrests included people allegedly associated with the Three Percenters, an anti-government movement, and Super Happy Fun America, a group with ties to white nationalists known for organizing a “straight pride” parade in Boston.

'White supremacists dressed in blue'

Concerns about white nationalists infiltrating police departments have percolated for years. An FBI report warned in 2006 that “white supremacist presence among law enforcement personnel is a concern due to the access they may possess to restricted areas vulnerable to sabotage and to elected officials or protected persons, whom they could see as potential targets for violence.”

"Their presence in law enforcement impedes official responses to right-wing terrorism, places loyal officers in peril and exposes vulnerable communities to lawless violence by white supremacists dressed in blue," said Raskin, who has investigated the infiltration of white supremacists in law enforcement as chairman of a House Oversight and Reform subcommittee.

Raskin asked the FBI for a briefing about such infiltration by March 26, saying he was concerned the FBI lacks an adequate strategy to respond to the threat to public safety.

The FBI acknowledged receiving Raskin's letter but declined further comment.

“It’s alarming that the FBI has been unwilling to level with the American public and Congress about the full magnitude of the threat of domestic white supremacist infiltration of local police departments," Raskin said. "We await a comprehensive strategy on how federal law enforcement plans to cut the links between law enforcement and right-wing extremist elements, including militia groups like the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys. There is no excuse for further passivity and denial in the face of clear complicity between officers and self-fashioned storm troopers."

FBI Director Christopher Wray told the Senate Judiciary Committee on March 2 that “the Capitol attack involved violent extremists” and that the FBI considered it “a form of domestic terrorism.”

He had warned six months earlier that domestic violent extremism was driven by perceptions of government or law enforcement overreach, racism, anti-Semitism and misogyny. He said domestic terrorism cases investigated each year doubled during his three years on the job.

Sen. Alex Padilla, D-Calif., asked whether rooting out white supremacists and right-wing extremists was a challenge for law enforcement.

Wray said the FBI works with departments to address violent extremism, which the agency considers “a kind of insider threat,” by referring cases for investigation and discipline.

“As we're continuing to investigate the Jan. 6th attack, there have been some instances of current or particular former military or law enforcement who participated,” Wray said. “And we want to pursue those cases just as aggressively as we would anybody else."

CURRENT AND FORMER POLICE CHARGED IN CAPITOL RIOT

Thomas Robertson and Jacob Fracker

Two officers from Rocky Mount, Virginia – Sgt. Thomas Robertson and Officer Jacob Fracker – were fired Jan. 26 after charges were filed. The two were identified from social media posts after posing under a statue of John Stark, according to court records. Robertson said on Instagram that “CNN and the Left are just mad because we actually attacked the government who is the problem and not some random small business," according to court records. "The right IN ONE DAY took the f***** U.S. Capitol. Keep poking us."

The Justice Department released a photo of Jacob Fracker and Thomas Robertson, two off-duty police officers with the city of Rocky Mount, Va., inside the U.S. Capitol during the deadly riot Jan. 6.

Tam Pham of Richmond, Texas, an 18-year police officer in Houston, resigned after agents interviewed him about the riot. Pham took pictures inside the Capitol in the Rotunda and standing next to a Trump flag, but he told agents he was in the building only 10 to 15 minutes, according to court records.

Houston Police Chief Art Acevedo announced the resignation Jan. 14 and said the department would investigate jointly with the FBI and Justice Department.

In addition to the police officers arrested, Marissa Suarez of Trenton, New Jersey, resigned as a Monmouth County jail corrections officer after the FBI charged her with illegally entering the Capitol.

Suarez sent a text Jan. 6 at 3:20 p.m. saying: "Sooo we've stormed Capitol Hill lol," according to court records. "When we found out pence (expletive) us, we all stormed the Capitol building and everyone forced entry and started breaking (expletive)," Suarez said in a text Jan. 7, according to court records.

Sheriff Shaun Golden said Suarez resigned after her arrest. He said any violation of federal or state law was "unacceptable, particularly from a sworn member of law enforcement whose role is to protect and serve."

“Actions have consequences, and that applies to those who participated in the peaceful protests that resulted in violence at the Capitol," Golden said.

Terry Brown, a former public safety officer in Pennsylvania, was also charged.

"There were a bunch of garbage cans they threw down the steps ... and people stopped and they were yelling ‘we're not Antifa,’” he said of his time inside the Capitol. "I don't regret doing what I did, because we got a message across and the world knows it."

Beyond arrests: Law enforcement agencies continue to investigate

The riot sparked investigations of law enforcement nationwide, from Philadelphia to Seattle.

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority investigated seven off-duty transit police officers who attended the Jan. 6 protest of the presidential election to see whether they participated in the riotous behavior at the Capitol. Two sergeants were suspended without pay for social media posts that could be interpreted as supporting the rioters, the agency announced March 17.

The Seattle Police Department is investigating six officers who were in Washington during the attack. Two officers were placed on administrative leave and four remain on duty while the Office of Police Accountability investigates. Police Chief Adrian Diaz said officers would be fired if they were involved in the insurrection.

“We cannot violate the same laws we are sworn to protect,” he said. “We cannot allow violent or intimidating direct action to become acceptable in our society.”

Seattle Police Chief Adrian Diaz
We cannot violate the same laws we are sworn to protect.

Chris West, sheriff of Canadian County, Oklahoma, attended former President Donald Trump's protest rally and walked to the Capitol, but he called a news conference to deny pushing past police or entering the building.

"What happened at the nation's Capitol, the crimes that were committed, the egregious crimes on our beacon and bastion of last hope for our nation, breaking into that and terrorizing it, that's horrible," West said. "The fact that people died, the fact that law enforcement officers were assaulted on our nation's Capitol, that our congressional members and other people in our government were in fear for life, I rebuke all of that."

Undermining 'the nation's trust in law enforcement'

A group at the Brennan Center for Justice called Law Enforcement Leaders to Reduce Crime and Incarceration called for a full investigation after the Capitol attack because of racial dynamics at the scene and the inadequate response to the violence, concerned it could deteriorate the legitimacy of law enforcement.

Ronal Serpas, a former police superintendent in New Orleans, and Taryn Merkl, a former assistant U.S. attorney in New York, wrote two days after the riot that if police participated in the mob storming the Capitol, "such actions undermine the nation's trust in law enforcement and are a disgraceful affront to our professional commitment to serve and protect."

Americans' trust in police hit an all-time low in the summer of 2020, according to Gallup polls, as protests raged against the killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and other unarmed Black people.

Trust in police has risen since then, according to a USA TODAY/Ipsos poll released this month.

jury was seated Friday in the trial of Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer charged with murdering Floyd.

This week, Capt. Jay Baker was removed from the case of the Atlanta-area shootings that killed eight people, including six women of Asian descent. Baker said Wednesday during a news conference that the alleged gunman had “a really bad day” and “this is what he did.” Baker had also promoted a T-shirt with controversial language about China and the coronavirus.

Long-standing concerns of racism with 'ramped up' intensity

The 2006 FBI report found that white supremacist groups historically tried to infiltrate and recruit from law enforcement communities. The report said the threat from infiltrators would be exploitation of intelligence collection, which could jeopardize the safety of law enforcement sources.

“It’s been a concern for years,” said Daniel Linskey, former chief of the Boston Police Department and now managing director of security risk management at Kroll. “Definitely the intensity and veracity of it has ramped up in the last two or three years for sure.”

During his 27 years in law enforcement, Linskey worked as an undercover officer pretending to be a drug dealer or mafia figure while others infiltrated white supremacist groups. If members of a targeted group joined police and got access to databases, they could thwart an investigation and endanger an officer’s life, Linskey said.

“The difference between domestic terrorism and foreign terrorist organizations is where they come from,” he said. “It’s just as if you’re supporting the Hell’s Angels motorcycle club or La Cosa Nostra.”

White supremacists in law enforcement can lead to the "tolerance of racism within communities served," the FBI reported.

Heather Taylor, retired sergeant in St. Louis Police Department
It's been there hiding in plain sight ...

Racism in policing has a 400-year history in the USA, historians say, dating back to slave patrols, as well as thousands of recent examples, from Rodney King to Floyd.

In 2019, a team of investigative journalists published the Plain View Project, which collected more than 5,000 Facebook posts from police officers in eight cities containing white supremacist, xenophobic, misogynistic and violent messages. The posts spanned a decade.

Raskin sent letters in September to the eight departments asking for results of investigations of the officers involved. The committee received responses from the departments but hasn't released the results.

The Dallas Police Department announced in January 2020 that 13 officers were disciplined for misconduct on social media based on the Plain View Project. The project identified 169 current and former officers potentially in violation of the department's policy for 445 posts. Internal affairs officers determined 60 officers had left the department.

Among the rest, investigators found some posts didn't violate the policy and some officers were given additional training. The discipline ranged from documented counseling to suspensions without pay.

“It is imperative that we operate with the highest level of ethics and integrity to ensure that the public is confident in the legitimacy of who we are as a law enforcement agency," then-Dallas Police Chief Reneé Hall said.

Heather Taylor, a retired sergeant in the St. Louis Police Department who testified at a House hearing in September about white supremacists in law enforcement, said the Justice Department and Congress should give the issue their utmost attention: "It is really that serious."

“It’s been there hiding in plain sight," said Taylor, former president of the Ethical Society of Police, a group founded by Black officers in the city to fight discrimination. “I wish I could tell you I was shocked. I wasn’t."

Domestic extremists 'will almost certainly' try to strike again this year, feds warn

The threat posed by racially and ethnically motivated extremists, along with those associated with violent militias loomed as the "most lethal," intel finds.

Emboldened by the deadly breach of the U.S. Capitol and fueled by conspiracy theories promoting violence, domestic extremists “will almost certainly’’ attempt to strike again this year, U.S. officials said in a newly declassified threat assessment.

The report — assembled by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, National Counterterrorism Center, FBI and Department of Homeland Security — concluded that the threat posed by racially and ethnically motivated extremists, along with those associated with violent militias loomed as the "most lethal."

Tracking an uptick in activity involving militia members, the report found that the threat "will almost certainly continue to be elevated throughout 2021 because of contentious socio-political factors that motivate (militia-associated extremists) to commit violence."

The new assessment echoed a January warning that a "heightened threat environment" across the country would persist into the spring.

More: Homeland Security worries extremists 'emboldened' by Capitol riots may cause more violence

In the earlier bulletin issued by the DHS, authorities said they "remain concerned that individuals frustrated with the exercise of governmental authority and the presidential transition ... could continue to mobilize a broad range of ideologically motivated actors to incite or commit violence."

Poll: 70% of Americans think white nationalism played role in Capitol attack

At least a dozen members of the paramilitary group Oath Keepers have been charged in connection with the Capitol riots. And federal prosecutors signaled last week that they are pursuing a broad conspiracy involving "a large number of participants" who were involved in pre-planning and coordinating their actions during the siege.

"Several factors could increase the likelihood or lethality of (domestic violent extremist) attacks in 2021 and beyond, including ... growing perceptions of government overreach related to legal or policy changes and disruptions," the new report found, adding that new high-profile attacks could prompt "follow-on attacks and innovations in targeting and attack tactics."

Underscoring a long-standing concern, officials said lone offenders or small cells of extremists who adhere to a varied set of ideologies are "more likely" to carry out attacks in the homeland.

"Attackers often radicalize independently by consuming violent extremist material online and mobilize without direction from a violent extremist organization, making detection and disruption difficult," the report found.

The January DHS bulletin recalled the 2019 mass shooting in El Paso, Texas, carried out by a lone attacker who killed 23 and later told police that he had targeted Mexicans.

The new intelligence report comes as police were investigating the fatal shootings of eight people in Atlanta, including six women of Asian descent, as Asian communities across the country remained on edge because of a recent surge of racially motivated violence.

Though police said early indications did not suggest Tuesday's attack was a hate crime, authorities cautioned that they had not settled on a motive for the 21-year-old white shooter.

Senate Intelligence Committee Chairman Mark Warner, D-Va., said Tuesday's report affirmed years-long concern of a simmering threat from within the U.S.

"Domestic violent extremist groups represent a grave security threat and that social media platforms have served as core organizing infrastructure for white supremacists, violent extremist groups and militia movements – facilitating online radicalization and helping them recruit, organize, and in some cases, even coordinate across continents," Warner said.

“What happened on January 6 highlights the need to tackle the growing threat posed by domestic violent extremism in this country, and the Senate Intelligence Committee will continue to examine these issues closely.”

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., characterized the risk as far-reaching.

“This violence is not confined to lone wolves carrying out mass shootings or attacks, but more sophisticated cells and plots, as well," Schiff said. "Nevertheless, lone actors pose some of the most difficult challenges to detect, as they may keep their plans to themselves, or find like-minded individuals in private chat rooms."

Chicago Cop Who Bragged About Killing Someone Was Assigned To Team Designed To ‘Strengthen Community Trust’

https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=1GhueW_0Z0MZHx700

CHICAGO (CBS) — A Chicago Police Department (CPD) officer who bragged on camera about having killed someone spent months assigned to the department’s team designed to improve police-community relations.

Officer James Hunt, who bragged, “I kill motherf——” during an obscenity-laden rant captured on video in 2018, was assigned to CPD’s Community Safety Team around the time it was formed in July 2020. It was intended to combat violent crime and “build and strengthen community relationships citywide,” according to the head of the team, Deputy Chief Mike Barz.

Hunt remained on the team until at least early March, when he was reassigned after CBS 2 started asking questions about his placement on the unit.

Hunt meant it when he said he’d killed a person. In 2014, he shot 17-year-old DeSean Pittman 10 times. And during his time as a CPD officer, he’s racked up more use of force reports than almost any other officer. With 28 reports between 2016 and July 2020, he has the fifth-most reports during that period, along with three other officers, according to CPD data analyzed by CBS 2.

His troubling track record extends beyond his frequent use of force. It also includes at least 24 complaints made by civilians for everything from using racist language to excessive force to illegal searches and false arrests, according to records from the Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA), which handles citizen complaints against police.

And in August 2020, less than a month after the team was formed, Hunt was accused again – this time of an improper stop and racial profiling, according to COPA records reviewed by CBS 2. Hunt wasn’t on the team that day, though he had been assigned to it recently. COPA’s investigation into that complaint is pending.

Kenneth Lee, the subject of Hunt’s vulgar 2018 rant, made one of the more than two dozen complaints after the incident — which ended with Hunt falsely arresting Lee.

Lee’s encounter with Hunt didn’t end with the officer’s boasts of killing someone. According to COPA, Hunt intentionally escalated the situation, used his position of power as a police officer to intimidate Lee and failed to extend “human dignity to every citizen.”

Lee eventually sued the city and won a $100,000 settlement. In its report, COPA said Hunt should be suspended for a full year because of the incident, and CPD agreed. But Hunt has yet to serve that suspension because he’s appealing the disciplinary case, police said.

In the meantime, Hunt has been serving on the police department’s Community Safety Team, according to CBS 2’s review of the team’s assignments.

An initiative created by new CPD Supt. David Brown, the team was formed in July 2020 to combat a rise in violent crime that started during the pandemic. The initiative began with about 300 officers whose mission was to fight crime and improve trust between citizens and police. Since then, over 1,000 total officers have been assigned to the team since last year.

“Every week, [Community Safety] teams will partner with local block clubs, faith-based organizations and community leaders to participate in peace marches, prayer circles, operation clean missions, food drives, COVID-19 resource distributions and more,” Brown said when he announced the team’s creation.

The assignment of Hunt, who COPA previously said “did more harm to breakdown [sic] police/public relations than witnessed in a long time,” raises questions about the team’s ability to meet its goal of building community trust.

Richard Schak, a former CPD sergeant, said the fact that Hunt is on the team “looks terrible.”

Schak, who worked at CPD for more than two decades, said Hunt’s assignment to the team suggests the department’s accountability system has failed.

“Based on news reports, it just doesn’t look like the accountability apparatus has been applied,” Schak said.

Since the Community Safety Team was announced in July, its performance has been fraught. In August, less than a month after the team was formed, two of its officers shot 20-year-old Latrell Allen five times. Police claimed Allen fired a gun at the officers — which Allen’s mother denied to CBS 2’s Dave Savini — but neither officer was wearing a body camera.

And in January, a CPD lieutenant claimed the team was using illegal arrest quotas, mandating that officers arrest a minimum number of people each day. He sued the city, alleging he was reassigned in retaliation after refusing to comply and bringing the issue to the attention of supervisors.

Chicago’s police union, the Fraternal Order of Police, declined to comment on this story.

When asked why Hunt was placed on the team, CPD Spokesperson Don Terry said that the team was formed from officers previously on several other specialized units, one of which included Hunt, and that “as soon as this issue was identified, Officer Hunt was reassigned from the unit.”

Subject: CORRUPTION AND EXTORTION IN THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CHILD SUPPORT---STEALING MY WAGES, JOBS AND STIMULUS CHECKS NOT ADDRESSED PURSUANT TO THE OEIG REFERRAL

Attention Deputy Director of Illinois Child Support or whom so ever with Authority:

Please find a plethora of valid documentations establishing veracity, that I never ever had an arrearage of any sort with the Department of Child Support, but a series of documents had been falsified by judges whom, I always felt were members of the Ku Klux Klan or Nazi fraternal societies and after watching so many seize the White House, in Illinois they are definitely Insurrectionists only they have successfully seized all of Illinois courts nobody is talking about it because Black and Brown ethnic groups are affected---PROVING BEYOND THE PREPONDERANCE OF THE EVIDENCE "BLACK LIVES DON'T MATTER" IN CHICAGO ILLINOIS.

1.) Dated Feb. 24, 2021, A passport has been paid with all expedited fees was DENIED because "the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) certified that you owe child support" WHERE IS THE FUKING COURT ORDER THAT SAYS, I OWE ANYTHING?

2.) Dated Nov. 6, 2020, A letter from the OEIG referring the Child Support to address the Complaint of how a $1200.00 stimulus check was stolen in the guise of saying child support arrearage, WHAT FUKING ARREARAGE?

3.) When you start investigating this mess start with the RACIST POLACA RONALD BARTKOWICZ, WHO ENTERED A BOGUS WARRANT against me for an ORDER OF PROTECTION against Francoise who was a Police officer whom, I had not seen or communicated with it was drafted to help the CTA UNLAWFULLY REMOVE FROM MY BODY MY BADGE AND EMPLOYEE ID CARD proving, I was an employee in 605.

Ronald Bartkowicz was working in the Workman's Compensation Department at the CTA and was aware that his racist brethren had stolen my wages while off injured on duty and didn't have the money in the budget to repay me what they took, so they called on him to help save them---Make the CTA TO RETURN MY BADGE 26115.

4.) I AM LEGALLY HOMELESS AND STILL ON PUBLIC AID BECAUSE RACIST REDNECK INSURRECTIONISTS HAVE FOUND A WAY to LYNCH INNOCENT BLACK AND BROWN MEN infiltrating the legal system by CRIMINILIZING, OPPRESSING MEN OF COLOR in a TERRORIST SADISTIC MANNER as demonstrated in this case without wearing HOODS CARRYING BURNING CROSSES!

5.)   NOTICE THE COURT ORDER SIGNED ALLEGEDLY IN ARREARS $49,670.66 SIGNED BY TIMOTHY P. MURPHY WHO TOOK ORGASMIC SINISTER PLEASURE
LOCKING UP BLACK AND BROWN MEN, HE HAD THE FUKING AUDACITY TO TELL ME IN FRONT OF GERALD NORDGREN, "TODAY IS MY LUCKY DAY, HE CAN NOT LOCK ME UP ANYMORE" Nordgren find a statute in the law, that explained because, I was on
public aid, they couldn't lock me up for child support.

I only have 90 days to comply with the State's directive in presenting evidence of having a ZERO BALANCE, HOW SOON CAN, I RECEIVE A REPLY?

BECAUSE RACIST INSURRECTIONISTS have found a way to EXTORT MONEY, IN THE GUISE OF CHILD SUPPORT OR STEAL PEOPLE'S HOMES IN

I received this e-mail from an American citizen.

It appears like so many of us this citizen has run into the bureacracy, Court corruption, administrative corruption and finally frustration, retailation and worse.    Does anyone wonder why violence is so prevalent in places like Chicago?     Joe Louis is not a violent man!    He is like the rest of us  - frustrated with the corruption that is so pervasive in Illinois.

Mr. Louis is not alone in his frustration - or the realization that while our POLITICAL ELITE talk a good game, the KKK is less racist then they!    Respect for every citizen is the mark of a non-racist society - not delination based upon skin color.   Respect means that public officials do their duty and demonstrate respect for the law even when the citizen effected has a dark skin and does not strictly adhere to the political narrative.    This means Justice Thomas is recognized for his achievements and obtains the same respect of Justice Marshall.    It means that Lanre Amu obtain immediate JUSTICE and the cover -up end - the Illinois Supreme Court was intentionally misled in his disciplinary case if they were not informed that not only did he get the short straw but the IARDC proceeding was rendered highly suspect when CRAINS CHICAGO BUSINESS made very same averment as he.   The Administrator of the IARDC had an ethical duty and a HIMMEL duty to report the miscarriage of Justice to the Supreme court.  Of course he did not and even though his perniousness is a matter of public record the Illinois Supreme Court Justices violated HIMMEL and their oath of office.

Rather than talk about diversity, equal protection of the law etc - HOW ABOUT GRANTING THE SAME TO EVERY CITIZEN including those citizens who are not lackeys!!!

Mr. Louis' experience is obscene and a demonstration of pure racism by Illinois public officials.  Black on Black racism is still racism.   Mr. Louis is entitled to respect just because he is a human being and in particular he is entitled to respect because he is one of us!   He is a true American because he is fighting for our core values.   Maybe it is time that public officials and in particular our public officials do their collective jobs and correct official errors instanter rather than attempt to sweep them under the rug or hide them.

Our children are reacting to the lawlessness of our public officials and every weekend our streets turn into a war zone - why do you think that happens?    They are emmulating our public officials!    The distinction is they have been taught to take the bull by the horns *****.

ATTENTION STATES ATTORNEY KIM FOXX/KWAMIE RAOUL:

I have just got off the phone with Springfield and spoke with a wonderful representative, I dare mention her name with the wonderful news she has just shared with me in the hopes, they will not be retaliated upon.

First of all, my call was to 1 800 447-4278, which was to ascertain the status of the foregoing email and inquiry of the alleged court order sent to the United States Department of State, National Passport Center denying me my Passport because someone in Chicago has forwarded information saying that Child Support is owed.

1.) Well according to Springfield, they have in the system the case was DISMISSED in September 1987.

2.) They do not have any COURT ORDERS in the system indicating any child support is OWED!

3.) They have indicated, that ESCALATION DIRECTIVES have been submitted in June and July 2020 and that nothing has taken place, the ball was dropped, they mentioned their has been some problems in the region of Cook County.

4.) Please find an email Memo (Nov 30, 2018) sent to you Madam Foxx to this date, I have never received a response from your office probably you never received this document.

KEEP IN MIND AS AN INNOCENT MAN BORN AND RAISED A FREE MAN IN THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, have been LOCKED UP NOT 1 BUT 5 TIMES FOR ALLEGEDLY OWING CHILD SUPPORT BY RACIST IRISH AND POLACA JUDGES-- it appears low life Blacks are car jacking peoples cars destroying their lives, low life Anglo Saxons are hijacking innocent men's lives destroying them committing genocide as they are profiting off the noted scandals and conspiracies while many in responsible authority closes their eyes and ears to their cries for help.

Moreover, you have Kent Stephen Ray an incredible elusive snake working as an Assistant States Attorney-- now if there are any obstructions, he would be one of the alleged authors in said conspiracy and is capable of inducing men into doing whatever he wants, for example on case 93 L 10772, Judge Patrick McGann Ken stood before the Judge waved his arms like a "flamboyant Rupal", and said to the judge in feminine manner, "Your Honor, he thinks that their is some type of Grand Conspiracy against him" bucking his eyes at the judge, McGann countered snapping at me asked me who do, I think I am standing before him talking about what the CTA did to me, I immediately objected to the judge acting bias in favor of CTA not listening to the evidence, I asked him who do he think he is ? Ken stopped smiling, McGann got up to come off the bench at me a tall muscular build Brother stood up preventing the judge from getting past him.

McGann was later demoted to the traffic division look it up.

My next unfortunate experience Ken and the Secretary of ATU 241 Michael Simmons were having alleged sexual relations and Michael did everything unimaginable for Ken making sure they never reinstated me back to the CTA due to my sexuality being Heterosexual and skin color.

5.)  Ken allegedly authored and engineered the falsification of a plethora of fraudulent documents where my CTA case and now paternity case is concerned only God knows how many sexual favors with married men or other Gay men had to be had to "FIX" my cases.

6.)  Prior to Moche Jacobius becoming a Judge in Cook County, I met him in the State of Illinois building, my Suzuki Side Kick was unlawfully repossessed, due to the HELL, the CTA was putting me through not paying me temporary disability payments from my work related injury, I had to fill out some papers against the bank my attorney had to me to fill out, Jacobius applauded me on my success with the case, he gave me a business card, I kept that card for more than 20 years, I told him about a corrupt paternity case where a Police Officer had impregnated his daughters, he said, "Oh yeah, I heard about that case" my reply, I am the guy caught up in that mess", his reply in astonishment, Really? Oh my, I am so sorry, my office don't handle those type of cases, I really admire you good luck".

7.) When Judge Jacobius became the Presiding Judge off the Domestic Relation Division after Benjamin Mackoff, he pretended like he didn't know me.

8.) I sent an email Memo ( March 13, 2019) to Timothy Calvin Evans the Chief Judge and you Kim Foxx detailing in a specific articulate manner somehow, my pleas for help fell on deaf ears again.

9.) Finally, Madam Foxx how is it Springfield's database reflects every assertion, I have ASSERTED FOR THE LAST 30 YEARS PLEADING, THAT I NEVER OWED ANY CHILD SUPPORT? But because of my Brown complexioned skin and ERECT POSTURE standing up to some of the vilest men and women in the legal system, who personify themselves as something none of them could ever be in the legal arena or in any human form, DENY me justice or fail to have information germane to the very database Chicago, Cook County whom should be subordinate too, in not having that same information?

 Dear Madam Kim Foxx:

Please find a copy of an email sent to statesattorney@cookcountyil.gov Oct 17, 2018 re corruption in the States Attorney’s office of a police officer (retired) using state officials to assist her. No one ever replied.

Please find a Fax sent to Mr. Thomas Harlson 312 793-9359 a person in Springfield by the name of Don directed me to forward all documents detailing fraud and corruption. No one ever replied.

Please find Certified mail signed for by D. Sisti mailed Aug 23, 2018 and signed Aug 27, 2018 detailing fraud and corruption. Someone in Springfield mailed it to H. Oviedo 36 S. I am providing to your attention the same information can you ascertain for me why these levels of Racist Hate Crimes and egregious acts of extortion corruption had never been addressed or investigated?

Re:

Dear Hon Timothy C. Evans:

Sir, I have been strongly advised to forward this documentation to you regarding either Judicial Interference, Judicial Obstruction affecting the integrity of justice in this matter.

1.)   My case was originally assigned to judge Cocozza who recused herself and was reassigned to Judge Rivera (22 years on the bench) she asked if the Plaintiff had been served? I explained that the States Attorney was the last attorney of record, the judge had her clerk to check the computer and it was verified, the States Attorney was the last Attorney of record.

2.)   Judge Rivera directed me to make sure that, I had proof of the States Attorney receiving Notice of the Motion and the next court date for Jan. 22, 2019.

3.)   On Jan. 22, 2019, Judge Mackoff (8 months on the Bench) DENIED my motion Judge Rivera explained to me how the case was to move forward by making sure the State received Notice and knowledge.

4.)   On Feb. 26, I appeared on Judge Rivera’s call and learned Judge Trevino (9 months on the Bench) was sitting in her stead and presented my Motion for Reconsideration by curing defects Judge Mackoff had issues with on Judge Rivera’s case.

5.)   Judge Trevino STRICKEN my Motion because he or no other judge had jurisdiction to vacate another judge’s court order, this case had to go before Judge Mackoff, I requested he put this in his order and he had the States to do that.

6.)   I filed a Motion to Vacate and Reconsideration et al Feb 27th, 2019, to go before calendar 44 (Mackoff) prior on Feb 8th someone in Dorothy Browns office had deleted the entire case from the data system where it had to be rescanned from my original copy.

7.)   That upon checking the computer the status of the case, I learned that computer noted that on 1/15/2019 Strike or Withdraw Motion or Petition--- Allowed this is wrong it was DENIED, the State never Denied or Objected to my Motion; 2/26/2019 Strike or Withdraw Motion or Petition---Allowed, the State never Denied or Objected to my Motion.

8.)   That on March 12, 2019, I notified the clerk in the Domestic Relations Division and learned from a Clerk who was a little combative informing me that Judge Mackoff did not Deny my Motion it was in fact Allowed; furthermore, he had no authority denying a Motion not on his calendar, also because the case is assigned to Judge Rivera, I can not arbitrarily file a Motion to appear before that judge without a court order!

9.)   The fact that Judge Trevino did in fact sign the court order directing me to go before Judge Mackoff it’s apparent another OBSTRUCTION is in place keeping me from going before judge Mackoff March 19, 2019 at 9:30, by sending it back to calendar 41.

10.)                My question to you should a nunc pro tanc  order be directed from you or Presiding judge compelling this matter be resolved administratively?

11.)                Or will you invoke your jurisdiction resolving this issue?

                           Attached are both court orders.

Respectfully submitted
