The #GateKeepers of #Corruption and Self-Hatred in the #DemocraticParty
Many of the Blacks in the Democratic Political Party only ascended to higher positions due to their loyalty and obedience to the Machine Whites not because they were qualified etc.
Many of the Blacks were the faces needed to allow the Powerful Racist Democrats controlling the Machine, the latitude to do whatever they desired destroying Black and Brown people who took a stand against #Racism #Injustice #Corruption of any sort as the #Gatekeeper Blacks acted as #PrivateCitizens using their own positions to commit genocide or any area of racist hateful act on any person of Color according to the racist white man's directive instructing Blacks on what to do.
Perfect example here is a case proving that Blacks hate some Hispanics as much as they hate themselves, Judge Robert Johnson made a egregious error as if he and a Black female ASA were afraid of the white woman representing a Hispanic Male Marvin Zea Ramirez.
1.) Marvin Zea Ramirez signed the child's birth certificate.
2.) Jan 30, 2017, Marvin and Evelyn signed a VOLUNTARY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PATERNITY with the States Attorney
3.) K Mirande signed as a Witness for both parties and the document was filed Feb 17, 2017.
4.) The Minor child only knew Marvin Zea Ramirez as her father, the court (Raul Vega) signed a UNIFORM ORDER FOR SUPPORT, by AGREEMENT April 20, 2018, his agreement to pay CHILD SUPPORT.
5.) Marvin retained an attorney and on Sept 11, 2023, a Motion was filed for a GENETIC TEST the ASA was involved and the judge DENIED the Motion, it was 4 years and some month past the (STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS)
A- That Evelyn Sanchez filed her Motion to Strike Defendant's Motion due to Voluntary Acknowledgement et al. Sept. 12, 2023, where the Supervisor ASA prosecuted said Motion.
6.) The Attorney filed a frivolous Motion Sept. 18, 2023, Motion Verified Petition to Challenge to Challenge VAP
7.) Nowhere in the record is there any evidence the Clerk of the Cook County provided any court dates for the attorney to appear before the judge, but the attorney made her way before the judge immediately after filing said frivolous Motions.
8.) That the Judge allegedly struck/denied the attorneys Motion again Sept. 19, 2023, as the ASA was doing the arguing.
9.) That on Oct 3, 2023, the attorney filed another Motion, Motion to Amend, she was not accepting NO from the judge.
10.) That on Nov 8, 2023, the judge seemed confused via Zoom complained the case was not on his calendar, but ordered that Marvin Zea Ramirez have Parenting time which was never an issue.
11.) That on Dec.4, 2023 a subpoena was sent to AAR Premiere Testing Center, P.O. Box 6867, Gulf Shores, AL 36547.
12.) That on Dec. 18, 2023, the attorney filed a Petition to Rescind the VAP, Judge Johnson appeared confused and disheveled but did everything the attorney told him to do.
13.) That on Jan 3, 2024, Judge Robert Johnson abated the child support, he rescinded the VAP that was legally signed and approved by Judge Raul Vega and signed an order to let his employer know not to release any more child support to the state and terminated parenting time.
14.) That all times the White Attorney of Polish decent seemed to have SCARED the judge because he never said anything and always asked the State for an answer and because the woman involved was in fact Hispanic it was apparent the judge and States attorney actions were in fact racist, corrupt and and a definite conflict of interest.
It is apparent from the above case since so many Blacks were never able to speak up for themselves if a white Man accused them of something or just flat out DENIED them based upon their inferior disposition or skin color are now transferring this same hate at innocent Hispanic or Latinos who may not be familiar with certain laws in the courts.
Everybody is cowardly and racially discriminating against the Hispanic Sister but not one Coward ever opened their mouths or attempted to rectify the diabolical Racist Acts levied at the foregoing matter described below in the email sent and ignored by all responsible parties.
MANY BLACKS ARE COMPLICIT IN THE TERRORIST ACTS AGAINST JOE LOUIS LAWRENCE (AND MANY OTHERS) AND SOME OF THOSE SAME BLACKS WITH CERTAIN WHITES ARE BENEFITTING OFF THE MIGRANTS OR HISPANICS BY OVERCHARGING THEM IN LEGAL FEES OR OTHER SERVICES IN THE SAME MANNER BLACKS HAVE BEEN EXPLOITED FOR YEARS, DUE TO INJUSTICE AND CORRUPTION IN THE COURTS.
IN THAT EVERY BLACK OR BROWN PERSON WHO RECEIVED NOTICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE CRIMINAL ACTS REFERRED TO IN THIS MATTER, SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THEIR POSITIONS AND CHARGED AS IF THEY WERE THE PERPETRATORS FOR NOT EXERCISING THEIR DUTIES AS LAW ABIDING CITIZENS, BUT AS "PRIVATE CITIZENS".

Mon, Jan 8 at 10:53 AMDear Madam Jamie:A transfer order was purportedly sent to the Presiding judge Jan 2, 2024 in all of the years filing Motions to Disqualify a judge, I must say this is the first time no Presiding judge has ever responded with a court order to inform me of the computer-generated selection of any judge.I have called and left messages and nobody is responding to any phone calls because the administrative assistant directed calls to you Jamie and you left an email is why this email is being sent.This is in regard to a Bogus Paternity case that Edward Burke assigned all corrupt racist judges framing me for a child belonging to a Police officer who is deceased 88 D 079012 but Francoise who is now a Police Officer had all types of racist and or other corrupt parties to help her in covering up a plethora of criminal acts where, I have been forced off my job of the CTA, homeless and on welfare and REMANDED into custody 5 times for ALLEGEDLY OWING child support to a woman who had her father's child.The original case 85 D 068184 was Dismissed Sept. 17, 1987.This other case never served but found in DEFAULT never ordered to pay child support never any Paternity tests but a judge ordered me to never go and try and see the child in 1989. (James Meehan Irish)I just want to know who the next judge will be because the last time, I filed a Motion to Disqualify William O'Maki when they were trying to suspend my driver's license, I called him a racist and told him he was not going to rule in favor in spite of whatever, I said because the Attorney general was a white woman and she had made numerous false statements to the court.He told me to pick up my Motion and to save it for the next judge.During this time no judge in the Daley Center wanted to preside over my case so Mary Lane Mikva was recruited from juvenile to preside over the case and my driver's license was never suspended.I am diligently making sure no other racist Klansman who may have been on the case prior don't try to finagle themselves back on this matter.Respectfully submitted,Joe Louis Lawrence
